Product Usage Instructions
To use the RDV3-485GD-L Dual Fuel Range:
- Ensure that the range is properly installed and connected to the gas supply according to the gas requirements mentioned in the user manual.
- Familiarize yourself with the touchscreen interface. The touchscreen allows for guided cooking based on food, function, or recipe.
- Turn on the gas cooktop by turning the corresponding burner dial to the desired heat level.
- To use the griddle, locate the griddle burner dial and turn it to the desired heat level.
- To use the oven, select the desired oven cavity (main or secondary) using the corresponding oven dial.
- Choose the appropriate cooking function from the available options on the touchscreen. There are 15 oven functions in the main cavity and 11 in the secondary, designed to cater to a broad range of dishes and cooking styles.
- If needed, use the food probe to monitor the progress of your cooking.
- Utilize the adjustable shelves and full extension telescopic racks in each oven cavity to accommodate your cooking needs.
- After cooking, if necessary, use the self-cleaning function of the oven to facilitate easy cleaning. The self-clean proof side racks do not need to be removed when using this function.
