Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the YDN Wireless Caregiver Pager, ensure that all devices are fully charged.
- Test the working range by placing the call button at different distances from the receiver pager before using it for the first time.
- All devices in the same package are already paired. If you need additional receivers or transmitters, you need to pair the new device with the original one.
- To use the pager, press the call button to trigger an alert on the receiver pager. The selected ringtone will sound and/or the pager will vibrate.
- The volume level can be adjusted using the volume control on the receiver pager.
- To pair additional receivers or transmitters, follow these steps:
- Make sure both the transmitter and receiver are turned on.
- Press the transmitter quickly, and the receiver will emit a “ding” sound twice to indicate it is ready for pairing.
- If you want to pair the transmitter with multiple receivers, keep pressing the transmitter until all buttons are paired. The receiver will emit a “ding” sound twice to indicate successful pairing.

Functions
Power on
Long press ③ “Power” for 3 seconds until the screen shows 00.
Charging
Connect the USB cable on the ⑩Charging Port of the receiver or transmitter to
the 5V 1A/5V 2A power adapter. The built-in battery will recharge in about 3
hours. A.Low Power:
⑦ “Indicator 1” flashes red & blue light every 5 seconds to remind users to
charge the device.
⑨ “Indicator 2” flashes blue light every second to remind the user to charge
the device.
B. During Charging:⑦ “Indicator 1” and ⑨ “Indicator 2” turn red.
Fully Charged:
⑦ “Indicator 1” turns blue.
⑨ “Indicator 2” goes out.
Working range test
The receiver will ring when you press ⑧ “Call Button” , and①“Screen” will
shows the transmitter number. The default ringtone is ding-dong.
Power off
Long press ⑤ “power” for 3 seconds, the receiver will make a sound and then
turn off. The screen will shows “- -”.
Pairing (Two Modes)

Mode1:one to one
Step 1: Choose your favorite ringtone,
Step 2: Mode 1 :one-to-one
Long press ⑥ “pairing” for 3 seconds until the receiver sound a “ding” to enter the pairing mode. Quickly press the transmitter, the receiver will sound “ding” twice to pairing and auto-exit the pairing mode. -
Mode 2:one-to-all
Press② “vibration” and ⑥ “pairing” for 3 seconds simultaneously, with a “ding”, the receiver enters the one-to-all pairing mode. In this mode, the receiver does not auto-exit. You can press the transmitter to pair with the receiver, the receiver will sound “ding” twice when pairing is successfully.
Then you can press the next button to pair until all buttons are paired.
Press any button (except ringtone button) to exit theone-to-all pairing mode.
Step 3: Press ⑧ “Call Button” of the paired transmitter to comfirm the pairing result,if the receiver will ring the ringtone you want, then the pairing is successful.
The transmitter number that shows on the receiver screen is not selectable, it is listed in sequence.
Ringtone Setting
Press ④ “Ringtone” to choose your favorite ringtone.
Volume Setting
Press ⑤ “Volume” to select the volume level you need.
Vibration Setting
- Turn on: Press ② “Vibration” and the receiver will vibrate once to turn on.
- Turn off: Press ② “Vibration” to turn off.
Reset Setting
- A. Stop working: Short press ③ “Power” to pause all receiver button work.
- B. Code clearing: Long press ④ “Ringtone” and ⑥ “Paring” for 3 seconds simultaneously until the receiver make a sound “ding”, the receiver will clean all paired transmitters.
After cleaning all paired transmitters, the receiver will enter the pairing mode automatically, once you press any transmitter, they will auto-pairing. If you want to pairing more transmitters, please follow the pairing steps.
Frequently Questions
The receiver has no sound when the transmitter is pressed.
- Make sure that both units are fully charged and the receiver is turned on.
- Please check the pairing between two units. If they are not paired, please refer to [2.5. Pairing] for pairing.
- Please adjust the distance between the receiver and transmitter. The signal may be shielded by wall or the distance is too far.
- If still no solve the problem, please check whether the receiver is mute. Press ⑤ “Volume” to adjust the volume level.
How many transmitters can be pairing with one receiver?
One receiver can be paired with up to 20 transmitters, and one transmitter can
be paired with up to 99+ receivers.
