CAT Cylinder Accountability Tag System Instructions
Save thousands…
Install a CAT II on your existing breathing air charge stations
You do not need a new air compressor-charge station to take advantage of 100% Cylinder Accountability you get with the CAT II.
A new air compressor fitted with an RFID Cylinder Accountability System can cost $80,000.00 – $100,000.00. (even at that price you are still getting older, troublesome Rfid technology)
What if you have more than one system including mobile and cascade stations? Can you afford to replace all your hardware, that may last another 25 years? In order to acquire 100% cylinder accountability, you would have to… Unless you install the CAT II
Only the CAT II can retrofit to your existing SCBA refilling stations.
Do you own Bauer – Mako – Scott – Eagle – Stallion Air?
How about a few of each? The CAT II has you covered!
13 Years ago, we designed the CAT Cylinder Accountability Tag system to fit all major brands of refilling charge stations, including: EAGLE, BAUER, SCOTT, MAKO, STALLION AIR and others. Our simple yet intuitive system will work seamlessly on your fill station with zero modifications to the internal structure of the cylinder enclosure.
We designed it this way! We wanted our system to fit all major brand charge stations without internal modification, to work with all SCBA cylinders, cylinder brands and sizes. We wanted it to be simple, yet intuitive, while providing 100% accountability and reliability… all with minimal operator interaction.
You’re not locked into one specific brand of SCBA or SCUBA Cylinder
The CAT II is designed to work with all brands, size and vintage of SCBA, Rapid deployment and SCUBA cylinders. This includes; Scott, MSA, Intersperio, AVON, Draegar, SCI, Luxfer, Honeywell and any other brand you fill. Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Aluminum, Steel… The CAT II will work with everything you have.
No other Cylinder refilling accountability system, on the market today, can make that claim!
Transfer the CAT II to your new system.
With most manufacturers, if you buy their accountability system… you cannot transfer it to another brand refilling station. You have to buy an entire air compressor and accountability system if you want to replace your compressor.
Don’t waste hard sought budget money, transfer the CAT II to your new equipment.
If you want to replace your compressor and charge station, keep the CAT II and install it on your new compressors charge station. Once you own the CAT II, there is no need to buy a new Cylinder Accountability System. You are not locked into one brand of compressor or SCBA cylinder. Just move the CAT II over to your new machine. All Cylinder data stays intact in the CAT II data base or can be easily modified on site, or at the factory to accommodate new cylinders. This applies to stationary compressors, non-compressor cascade systems and mobile systems.
With the CAT maintenance option, every software patch and upgrade gets automatically sent to your CAT II System. Even if your CAT II hardware was purchased years ago, the software on your system is the most current software. What does that mean to you? Except for the hardware, your CAT II System is always up to date.
