The Air Fryer is a kitchen appliance that uses hot air to cook food, providing a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods. It features a timer knob, fry pot, fry rack, pot, power cord, air outlet, power neon light, heating neon light, and temperature knob.
It is important to follow the instructions and safety precautions in the manual to prevent any accidents or damages. The appliance should not be immersed in water or rinsed under the tap as it contains electronic and heating components. Liquids should be kept away from entering the appliance to avoid electric shock or short-circuit. All ingredients should be placed in the basket to avoid contact with heating elements. The air inlet and outlet should not be covered during operation. Filling the pan with oil can be a fire hazard, and touching the inside of the appliance while it is operating should be avoided.
The appliance has an automatic switch-off feature that shuts down the appliance when the timer reaches zero. The timer knob can also be turned anticlockwise to manually switch off the appliance.
The Air Fryer complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic fields (EMF) and is considered safe for human use when handled properly. Prior to first use, it is recommended to remove all packing materials and clean the basket and fry pan with hot water and washing liquid. These parts can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. The inside and outside of the appliance can be wiped with a cloth. There is no need to fill the basket with oil or frying fat as the appliance operates on hot air.
When preparing for use, ensure that the appliance is placed on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. The fry pan should be placed into the basket without filling it with oil or any other liquid. Nothing should be placed on top of the appliance to avoid disrupting the airflow.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the Air Fryer:
- Connect the mains plug into an earthed wall socket.
- Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer.
- Put the fry pan into the basket.
- Place the ingredients in the basket.
- Slide the basket into the air fryer.
Caution:
Do not touch the basket during and shortly after use as it gets very hot. Only
hold the basket by the handle.
- Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. Refer to the settings section in the manual to determine the appropriate temperature.
- Determine the required preparation time for the ingredients.
- To switch on the appliance, turn the timer knob to the required preparation time.
Add 2 minutes to the preparation time if the appliance is cold.
Note:
If desired, you can preheat the appliance without any ingredients inside. In
that case, turn the timer knob for more than 2 minutes and wait until the
heating-up light goes out. Then fill the basket and turn the timer knob to the
required preparation time.
- The heating up light will turn on.
- The timer will start counting down the set preparation time.
- During the hot air frying process, the heating-up light may turn on and off from time to time. This indicates that the heating element is being switched on and off to maintain the set temperature.
- Excess oil from the ingredients will be collected at the bottom of the basket.
For specific recipes and cooking instructions, refer to the recipe book provided with the appliance.
Please read this manual carefully before any using of the appliance as dangers may occur under incorrect operations.

Safety Information
DANGER
- Do not immerse the housing in water or rinse under the tap due to the electronic and heating components.
- Avoid any liquid enter the appliance to prevent from electric shock or short-circuit.
- Keep all ingredients in the basket to prevent any contact from heating elements.
- Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet when the appliance is working.
- Fill the pan with oil may cause a fire hazard.
- Do not touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
WARNING
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance fits the local mains voltage.
- Do not use the appliance if there is any damage to plug, main cord or other parts.
- Do not go to any unauthorized person to replace or fix the damaged power cord.
- Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children.
- Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
- Do not plug in the appliance to a no-earthed wall socket. Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
- Do not connect the appliance to an external timer switch.
- Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtain.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against another appliance. Leave at least 10cm free space on the back and sides and 10cm free space above the appliance.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
- During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet opening. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and form the air outlet openings. Also be careful of hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.
- Any accessible surfaces may become hot during use.
- Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appliance. Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove the pan from the appliance.
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision on instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
CAUTION
- Ensure the appliance in placed on a horizontal, even, and stable surface.
- This appliance is designed for household use only. It may not be suitable to be safely used in environments such as staff kitchens, farms, motels, and other non-residential environments.
- The guarantee is invalid if the appliance is used for professional or semi-professional purposes or it is not used according to instructions.
- Always unplug the appliance while not using it.
- The appliance needs approximately 30 minutes to cool down for handling or cleaning safely.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF
The appliance has built-in timer, it will automatically shut down the
appliance when count down to zero. You can manually switch off the appliance
by turning timer knob to zero anticlockwise.
ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS (EMF)
The appliance complies with all standards regarding Electro-Magnetic fields
(EMF). Under proper handling, there is no harm for human body based on
available scientific evidence.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packing materials and stickers or labels.
- Clean the basket and fry pan with hot water, whit some washing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. These parts are safe to be cleaned in dishwasher.
- Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a cloth. There is no need to fill the basket with oil and frying fat as the appliance works on hot air.
PREPARING FOR USE
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and even surface. Do not place the appliance on non-heat resistant surface.
- Put the fry pan into basket. Do not fill the basket with oil or any other liquid. Do not put anything on top of the appliance, the airflow will be disrupted.
USING THE APPLIANCE
This appliance can prepare a huge range of dishes, you may get help from the recipe book.
Hot air frying

Connect the mains plug into an earthed wall socket.

Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer.

Put the fry pan into basket.

Place the ingredients in the basket.

Slide the basket into air fryer.
Caution: Do not touch the basket during and in short time after use, as it gets very hot. Only hold the basket by the handle. -
Turn the temperature control knob to the proper temperature. See section setting in this chapter to determine the right temperature.

Determine the required preparation time for the ingredient.
-
To switch on the appliance, turn the timer knob to the required preparation time. Add 2 minutes to preparation time if the appliance is cold.
Note: If you want, you can also preheat the appliance without any ingredients inside. In that case, turn the timer knob for more than 2 minutes and wait until the heating up light goes out. Then fill the basket and turn the timer knob to the required preparation time.- The heating up light goes on.
- The timer starts counting down the set preparation time.
- During the hot air frying process, the heating up light comes on and goes out from time to time. This indicates that the heating element is switched on and off to maintain the set temperature.
- Excess oil from the ingredients is collected on the bottom of the basket.

Some ingredients require shaking halfway during the preparation time. By this way, pull the basket out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.

When you hear the timer bell, the set preparation time has elapsed. Pull the pan out of the appliance and place it on the heat resistant holder.
Note: You can also switch off the appliance manually. Turn the temperature control knob to 0. -
Check if the ingredients are ready.
If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply side the pan back into the appliance and set the timer to a few extra minutes. -
To remove ingredients (e.g. beef, chicken, meat, any ingredients with original oil and will have excess oil from ingredients collected on the bottom of the basket), Please use tongs to pick ingredients one by one.
Do not turn over the pan, otherwise, the oil collected on the bottom of the basket will leak onto the ingredients. -
To remove ingredients (e.g chips, vegetable or ingredients with no excess oil from the ingredients), please turn off the basket and pour ingredients to tableware.
Tip: To remove large of fragile ingredients, lift the ingredients out of basket by a pair of tongs. -
When a batch of ingredients is ready, the air fryer is instantly ready for preparing another batch.
SETTINGS
This table below will help you to select the basic settings for the ingredients.
Note:
- Keep in mind that these settings are indications. As ingredients differ in origin size, shape and brand. We can’t guarantee the best setting for your ingredients.
- Because the rapid air technology reheats the air inside the appliance instantly, pull the pan briefly out of the appliance during hot air frying barely disturbs the process.
Tips:
- Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
- A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time, a smaller amount of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter preparation time.
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway during the preparation time to optimizes the result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
- Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes after you adding the oil.
- Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
- Snacks can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
- The optimal amount for prepare crispy fries is 500 grams.
- Use pre-made dough to prepare filled snacks quickly and easily. Pre-made dough also requires a shorter preparation time than homemade dough.
- Place a baking tin or oven dish in air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry fragile ingredients or filled ingredients.
- You can also use the air fryer to reheat ingredients. To reheat ingredients, set the temperature to 150oC for up to 10 minutes.

CLEANING
Clean the appliance after every use. Do not clean the fry pan, basket and the inside of the appliance by metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as this may damage the non-stick coating of them.

Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and make the appliance cool down. Note: Remove the basket to let the air fryer cool down more quickly.

Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.

Clean the fry pan and basket with hot water, some washing up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. You can remove any remaining dirt by degrease liquid.
Note: The fry pan and basket are dishwasher-proof.
Tip: If dirt is stuck to the basket, fill the basket with hot water with some washing up liquid. Put the fry pan and the basket soak for about 10 minutes. -
Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and non-abrasive sponge.

Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
STORAGE
- Unplug the air fryer.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
