Product Information

The EV 1000 is an Order-Picker with 48 V AC-Technology. It has a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg and a platform height of h12 mm. The lift heights of the duplex lift range from 3,500 mm to 8,250 mm. The closed height (h1) ranges from 2,325 mm to 4,825 mm. The lift height forks (h3 + s) ranges from 3,330 mm to 8,080 mm. The raised height of the mast (h4) ranges from 3,950 mm to 8,825 mm, and the raised height of the cabin (h6) ranges from 5,500 mm to 10,250 mm.
The EV 1000 features an ergonomic control panel with handle bar for safe operation. All lift speeds are adjustable sensitive by motor speed. It is equipped with halogen spots in the overhead guard and a fork carriage with adjustable forks as standard. The special swiveling side gates increase performance and take care of the back of the driver. The motor compartment is easily accessible and thick steel doors protect vital components. With the AC- Drive motor, high acceleration and speeds are possible. Optional levers for driving, lifting, and steering on both sides are available without any change of components, allowing the driver to control the truck from both sides.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the EV 1000 is properly charged and the battery has sufficient power.
2. Before operating the order-picker, familiarize yourself with the ergonomic control panel and handlebar for safe operation.
3. Adjust the lift speeds according to your requirements using the motor speed adjustment feature.
4. Inspect and ensure that the halogen spots in the overhead guard and the fork carriage with adjustable forks are in proper working condition.
5. Make use of the special swiveling side gates to enhance performance and ensure driver safety.
6. If necessary, access the motor compartment for maintenance or troubleshooting purposes. Follow the provided instructions for safe access.
7. Always keep the thick steel doors closed to protect vital components.
8. Take advantage of the AC-Drive motor for high acceleration and speeds when operating the order-picker.
9. If available, utilize the optional levers for driving, lifting, and steering on both sides for added convenience and flexibility.
