Lightweight AND Stiff!
Kenny Brown Performance’s “Race-Duty” Radiator Core Support for 2005-2014
Mustang and Shelby GT500 is a direct replacement for the OEM radiator core
support but is five pounds lighter than the stamped steel factory part and
stiffer than other aftermarket parts to better transfer the sway bar loads to
the chassis. Where other radiator core supports are made from round tubing
that can flex and twist, the Kenny Brown Performance “Race Duty” Radiator Core
Support uses stiff square tubing with straighter load paths to the
chassis—especially when using stiff road racing sway bars. The tubular design
weighs considerably less than the support to help further improve weight
balance. The assembly is manufactured from highgrade steel, finished in a
durable powder coating, and includes all required hardware.
