TURTLE BEACH Scout Air True Wireless Earbuds
Product Information
The Scout AirTM is a pair of wireless earbuds that come with a charging case. They offer 20 hours of rechargeable battery life and can be customized using the Turtle Beach Audio Hub mobile app. The earbuds have touch-enabled surfaces for controlling various functions, and they come with small, medium, and large eartips for a comfortable fit. The case features a USB-C charging port and LED indicators for battery level and pairing.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the Scout AirTM, make sure to charge the case byconnecting it to a USB source with the lid closed.
- To customize the earbuds, download the Turtle Beach Audio Hubmobile app and follow the instructions provided.
- To turn on the earbuds, tap once on the touch-enabled surfacelabeled “A”.
- To turn off the earbuds, either leave the case lid open for 5seconds or close the case lid for 5 seconds.
- To change the earbud tips, firmly pull them to remove andreplace them with the desired size.
- To pair the Scout AirTM with a Nintendo SwitchTM console,follow these steps:
- Place the earbuds in pairing mode by placing them in the casewith the lid open.
- On the Nintendo SwitchTM console, select “Scout AirTM” from themenu to start pairing.
- Once pairing is established, select “OK” to confirm.
- Adjust the volume using the volume controls on the NintendoSwitchTM console.

The Scout Air™ gives you 20 total hours of rechargeable battery life. Make sure to charge it regularly by connecting the case to a USB source with the case lid closed before storing.
CONNECT
To connect to your smart phone or another Bluetooth® device, follow the steps below:
- Turn on Bluetooth® on your device.
- Open the case with the ear buds inside to initiate pairing.
- Select Scout Air™ from your device’s Bluetooth® list.
SETUP ON THE NINTENDO SWITCH™
- Make sure your Scout Air™ earbuds are not paired to another device.
- Place your Scout Air™ earbuds in the case with the lid open to put them into pairing mode and keep them close to your Nintendo Switch™.
- In the Nintendo Switch™ home menu: Go to System Settings > Bluetooth® Audio > Pair Device
- Select the Scout Air™ from the menu to pair.
- Once the pairing is successful, select “OK” on the prompt.
- Adjust your Scout Air™ earbuds volume from the Nintendo Switch’s volume controls on the top of the console.
If your Scout Air™ earbuds are not shown on the list of detected devices, hit “Y” to search again. If no devices were detected, select “OK” on the prompt, then “Pair Device” again to search again.
