Product Usage Instructions
Setting the Day-of-Week Indication
- Pull the crown out to position 2.
- Rotate the crown clockwise to set the day-of-week indication.
- Push the crown into position 0 to finish the procedure.
Setting the Moon Phase Indication
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown clockwise to set the moon phase.
- Push the crown into position 0 to finish the procedure.
Setting the Date Indication
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown counterclockwise to set the date indication.
- Push the crown into position 0 to finish the procedure.
Setting the Month Indication
Use the month adjustment button to adjust the month indication.
Setting the Time
- Pull the crown out to position 2 when the second-hand points to 0 seconds.
- Rotate the crown clockwise to set the time.
- Push the crown into position 0 in accordance with a reliable time source to finish the procedure.
Component identification
- Use a narrow-tipped object to press the recessed button.
- Actual appearance may differ from the illustration.
- The crown has two positions when pulling it out.
Setting the day-of-week indication
It is convenient to execute settings on this watch in the following order: day-ofweek indication, moon phase indication, date indication, month indication and time.
- Pull the crown out to position 2. The second hand stops.
- Rotate the crown clockwise to set the day-of-week indication.
- The day-of-week indication starts to change at about 0:00 AM and finishes at about 5:00 AM.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
Setting the moon phase indication
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown clockwise to set the moon phase.
- Refer to a newspaper or other source to see actual moon phase.
- Use the indicated moon phase only as a reference.
- Appearance of the indication may differ in some models.
- The moon phase can be set more accurately when it is new or full moon.
- Push the crown in to position to finish the procedure.
Setting the date indication
- Do not adjust the date indication while the watch shows 9:00 PM – 0:00 AM. Otherwise, the date indication may change incorrectly thereafter.
- Date indication adjustment is required on the first days of March, May, July, October and December.
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown counterclockwise to set the date indication.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
Setting the month indication
- Do not adjust the month indication while the date indication shows 31 – 2. Change the date indication to any other day than 31 – 2 before adjusting the month indication. Adjust the date indication again after finishing month indication adjustment.
Press and release the month adjustment button to adjust the month indication.
Setting the time
- Pull the crown out to position 2 when the second hand points 0 second. The second hand stops.
- Rotate the crown clockwise to set the time.
- Change of date indication shows it just became AM. Take care the time set is AM or PM.
- Move the hands 4 or 5 minutes forward and move them back to the right time to set the time more precisely.
- When the date indication is changed in the course of setting the time, adjust it following “Setting the date indication”.
- Push the crown in to position [O in accordance with a reliable time source to finish the procedure.
