Product Usage Instructions
Before Use:
- Do not use solid or liquid fertilizers.
- Do not expose the Idris Spike irrigator to frost or extreme heat.
- Do not expose the bottle to sunlight.
- Clean the Idris Spike with water without using chemical solvents.
- Dry all the components thoroughly after washing.
During Use:
- Insert the Idris Spike into the soil near the roots of the potted plant.
- Ensure the drippers are not wet when installing them, as wet drippers may cause air bubbles that can interrupt irrigation.
After Use:
- After washing and drying the Idris Spike parts, reinsert the float in the unit, making sure the orange rubber is pointing upwards.
- When replacing the nozzle, reinsert it leaving approximately one and a half turns protruding out of the unit.
- Note: Do not fully insert the nozzle, as this will prevent irrigation.
- Note: The maximum irrigation duration is 20 days.
INSTALLATION

plant’s roots.
WARNING. Do not use solid or liquid fertilizers. Do not expose the Idris
Spike irrigator to frost or extreme heat. Do not expose the bottle to
sunlight. Clean with water, but do not use chemical solvents. Dry thoroughly
after washing. Warning: never install the drippers when they are wet as this
could cause small air bubbles to form, which may interrupt irrigation
.
WARNING. After washing and drying the Idris Spike parts, reinsert the
FLoat in the unit, making sure the orange rubber is pointing upwards. After
the parts have been washed or when replacing the nozzle, reinsert the nozzle
leaving approximately one and half turns protruding out of the unit. Warning:
if the nozzle is fully inserted in the unit, no irrigation will occur
.
WARNING. Select the dripper most suitable for the type of plant. Autonomy with 2 l bottle: max 20 days.
MINIMAL WATERING – 10 cl per day
Nasturtium MEDIUM WATERING – 15 cl per day
Croton USE. Fill the plastic bottle with water. Screw the adapter to the
Idris Spike. Screw the Idris Spike to the bottle.
USE. Insert Idris Spike into the ground and make a small hole at the bottom of the bottle.. When the bottle is empty, simply All it up again.
