The VB24SDB1-SET is a Vacuum Seal Drawer from Fisher & Paykel’s Series 9. It is designed to prepare food for sous vide cooking by providing vacuum sealing for marinating, storing, portioning, and resealing. This sleek and stylish drawer comes in a Contemporary Black Glass finish, offering a complementary design to Fisher & Paykel’s Minimal or Contemporary style ovens. With three levels of vacuum and heat sealing, this Vacuum Seal Drawer intensifies flavors, infuses marinades, and retains freshness. It creates the ideal conditions for longer food shelf life and storage by minimizing air exposure, hindering the growth of bacteria and mold, and preventing freezer burn. The handle-free design and intuitive touch controls make it easy to use. The stainless steel interior can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. By removing excess air, the Vacuum Seal Drawer helps reduce food waste and extends the lifespan of food. It allows you to buy food in bulk and safely seal it for longer shelf life. The included food-grade, BPA-free bags can be reused if sealed and cut appropriately.

Product Usage Instructions
- Place the food you want to vacuum seal inside the Vacuum Seal Drawer.
- Close the drawer securely.
- Select the desired level of vacuum sealing using the intuitive touch controls.
- Press the start button to initiate the vacuum sealing process.
- Once the process is complete, the drawer will automatically release.
- If necessary, cut and seal the food-grade bags provided before storing them in the Vacuum Seal Drawer.
- To clean the interior of the drawer, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth.
