Product Information

The HZZD-100 Automatic Potentiometric Titrator is manufactured by Huazheng Electric Manufacturing (Baoding) Co., Ltd. It is designed to determine the ion content in a sample liquid through the collection of electrode potential and the calculation of the volume of the standard titration solution at the end point. The titration curve is smoothed and the position of the titration end point is corrected to ensure accurate results. The substance content in the sample is calculated using formula (1) or formula (2).

Product Usage Instructions

1. Connect the main engine, titration unit, computer, and other components using the provided communication wire and power cable.
2. Place the sample liquid to be dropped in a suitable container.
3. Attach the appropriate electrode (802, 902, or 231) to the titration unit.
4. Turn on the power and start the Windows operating system on the computer.
5. Launch the HZZD-100 Automatic Potentiometric Titrator software.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the titration parameters, such as the number of repetitions and sensitivity correction method.
7. Start the titration process and allow the instrument to automatically calculate the concentration and content of the sample.
8. Once the titration is complete, the test data and final analysis report can be printed out.
9. After usage, properly clean and store the electrodes and other components for future use.

Overview

The HZZD-100 automatic potentiometric titrator is composed of three parts: the main engine, the Metrohm titration device and the computer. Different electrodes can be used to perform: acid-base titration, precipitation titration, redox titration, complexometric titration and other titrations, and has dynamic Titration mode. With the support of the application software, the host can realize automatic titration, automatic liquid replenishment, and calculate the content of the detection data. The key components of the instrument are imported devices, the whole machine has a simple structure, beautiful appearance, high degree of automation, accurate analysis results, etc. It is an ideal intelligent instrument necessary for petrochemical laboratories, analysis rooms and scientific research departments.

The potentiometric titration method is to track and record the electrode potential and titration volume during the titration process, find out the potential characteristic hop (ie equivalent point) and the volume of the standard titration solution corresponding to the potential characteristic hop, so as to obtain the dripped sample. Basic principles

By collecting the electrode potential, the computer finds out the volume of the standard titration solution at the end point, so as to obtain the ion content in the sample liquid to be dropped. Based on this method,HZZD-100 smoothes the titration curve and corrects the position of the titration end point, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the results.
