FAQ

  1. Why does the screen flash and how should I adjust it?
Due to the characteristics of electronic ink screens, flashing is a normal phenomenon. Because the electronic ink screen leaves residual particles on the screen during the flipping process, a global refresh (flashing) is required. It can also be adjusted to extreme speed mode, and the system will preload the next page of content to reduce the frequency of flashing.

  2. WiFi network connection unsuccessful?
Please cancel the network save first and try connecting again; Connect to mobile hotspot for testing: If the mobile hotspot can be connected normally, please check the router settings.

  3. USB cannot connect to the computer ?
Please confirm whether the data cable and its interface used for connection are damaged; Attempt to replace the data cable for connection; If you still cannot connect, please check if the computer you are using does not recognize the USB device. Please install a suitable driver online based on the computer model and try again,

  4. Unable to charge or power on ?
Attempt to replace the data cable or charger; Charge for 1 hour first, then press and hold the power button for 4-8 seconds for testing. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please contact after-sales service.
