Direct Mount Installation
Single Point Remote Installation
Single Point Installation
Direct Mount or Remote Installation using Extension Tube For applications not
allowing any direct mounts, remotely mount the unit using appropriate
accessories and keep the distance from the lube point as short as possible.
For remote installation using a tube, use a Ø6 (1/4″) tube prefilled with the
same or compatible grease as the grease contained in the unit.

Multi-Point Installation Multi-Point Installation
Multi-Point Remote Installation using Progressive Divider Block (2~8 points)
Ensure the break-off pressure is below the average operating pressure of 30bar
(435psi).

NOTE Lithium Battery Applicable Only
Remove contaminants around the lube point. Ensure a clear passage by purging the lube point with a manual grease gun. (Use the same or compatible grease.)Remove the grease nipple and install appropriate adaptors.
Dispensing Setting Guidelines
Check the service pack capacity and components (battery pack, grease pouch, dust cover, & label).
Remove the top housing, empty grease pouch, and used battery pack. Insert new battery pack. Make sure the battery clamp is firmly locked. Purge the grease pouch until grease comes out of the tip and install. Carefully screw the grease pouch in by turning clockwise. Do not over tighten. ![POLSARLUBE BT60 Automatic Grease Lubrication

(Check LCD screen to make sure your purchased grease capacity.) Press MODE button to select the dispensing period. If ( + ) appear on LCD screen, dispensing period setting is complete.Attach the enclosed label to the lubricator and note the installation date. Install the unit on the lube point. When the selected dispensing period has completed, replace the Service Pack following steps 2~6.
Install the dust cover over the lubricator for added protection.

Basic Operations
NOTE. Must be unlocked before operation. Shelf life and

Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship
and will not cover any collateral damage due to mishandling, abuse and/or any
other inappropriate use of this product. Warranty period is 1 year from the
date of purchase.b
Other LCD Display & Button Operations
NOTE. Must be unlocked before operation.
Reset| Unlock, then press for 5 seconds. ( ) will flash on LCD.
Press once.

Activate Purge Mode| Unlock, then press for 2 seconds until (P ) appears on
LCD.
Purge mode will activate and pump 6 cycles.
Cancel Purge Mode| Press once ( ) will disappear on LCD. Returns to normal
operation
after completion of pump cycle.
Excessive BackpressureWarning| Backlight and, ( ) will flash on LCD. Run Purge
Mode
- If backlight and ( ) clears, lubricator will return to normal operation.
- If backlight and ( ) continues to flash Check for any blockages or kinks at
lubeline or application Contact your supplier if problem persists.
Completion of Dispensing Period| Backlight and LCD icons will flash. Change Service Pack and reset unit.
