ASSEMBLING
- Put the middle part onto the main machine.
- Put the juicing net onto the middle part and press it slightly so that the elements fit in together.
- Put down the transparent cover on the middle part.
- Lock the handle on the transparent cover.
- Install the pulp container on the machine.
- Turn on the machine and put the fruit into the inlet, then use the pushing bar to lightly press the fruit.
NOTES PRIOR TO USE
- This machine is equipped with safety unit. When the handle does not fasten the cover or the cutter seat is not fastened, the motor cannot run to ensure safety for the user.
- When disassembling or assembling the juicer, press the upper part of the inlet in the cover with your hand and then force the handle to slide in or out of cover slot.
- When disassembling the juicing net, first remove the cover and pulp container, then put up the middle part by holding juicing outlet with your hand and take it up. The juicing net will automatically leave the rotor.
- In order to avoid damage, before using, first check power supply for compliance with rated voltage.
- Clean all the parts which can disassembled (refer to “Maintenance and cleaning” section).
- When assembling, please carefully read the diagram of “Names and positions of main components”.
- Please carefully read the “Notes” section before using the machine.
JUICING
- Before using, please confirm the button switch of the main machine is in stop / “O” position. In this way, if the assembly is not completed, the main machine cannot start and unnecessary damage for users or property can be avoided.
- Before juicing, first confirm juicing net and rotor are clutched in position and there is no hard contact be-tween the juicing net cutter and the transparent cover. Put the transparent cover on, put the handle into the cover slot and then turn the machine on.
- Put prepared vegetable or fruit into the juicer inlet, press with the pushing bar, evenly, hard and slowly.
- Note: when pressing food with the pushing bar, the force used must be even or indirect. The pressing force cannot be more than 1 kg and cannot be too sudden. Otherwise, the juicing effect will be reduced.
OPERATING TIME
This machine is designed with button switches for O, I, and II positions (O
for stop, I for weak operation, II for strong operation). For juicing, select
strong operation. After operating for 1min, stop the machine for 1 min and
then use it again. After the above operation is performed for three times,
stop the machine for 15 min and do not operate it until the motor is cooled.
In this way, the service life of this machine will be extended and the machine
will operate more efficiently.
NOTES
-
1. This machine cannot be made available to people who are weak, unresponsive or have mental disorders (including children), unless they are under supervision or help from a person who is responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to make sure they do not play with the machine.
-
Before using, put this machine on a stable and even surface and operate it according to the above in-structions.
-
Before juicing, first confirm juicing net and rotor are clutched in position, and there is no hard contact between the juicing net cutter and the transparent cover. Put the transparent cover on, fasten the handle tight and then turn the machine on.
-
When used for the first time the motor works in running-in phase. Slight peculiar smell and sparks may oc-cur at this time, which is normal. After the motor works for some time, the above phenomena will disappear.
-
During juicing, make sure there is not too much juice and pulp in the middle part and the pulp container. If the elements are filled, please cut off power supply, remove the juice and pulp and then use the machine again.
During using, do not open the cup cover. If power supply is on, do not put your hand or any items into the mixing cup or inlet. Otherwise, harmful accident may occur or the machine may be damaged. -
In order to extend the service life of the machine, over-heating protective device is mounted on the motor. If the motor works for a long time or is overloaded, when warning temperature is exceeded, the power supply will automatically cut off. After the motor stops, pull out the power supply plug, wait for the motor to cool (for about 30 min) and use the machine again.
-
During operation, never leave the machine or let children operate it.
-
After operation, do not remove the pulp until the plug of power supply is pulled out.
-
The juicing net is very sharp and in order to avoid danger when cleaning it, please put the juicing net under water tap for washing and wash it very carefully.
-
This machine must not be used for purposes other than specified.
-
If the power supply cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, replacement must be performed by the manufacturer or its service department or similar professionals.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
- It is recommended to use the device frequently to keep the motor dry and clean.
- If the device is not used for an extended period, store it in a dry and well-ventilated place to prevent moisture or motor damage.
- Do not wash the main machine. Only wipe it with a damp cloth during cleaning. Other components such as the pushing bar, cover, middle part, pulp container, juice outlet, and cover can be washed directly with water.
NOTES FOR USE
*Please read the following instructions before using the machine
- The materials should be put into the machine slowly and one after another. New materials should be put only after the previous materials have been squeezed.
- The materials with large fiber content (such as celery) should be cut into smaller pieces (1-2cm). (The materials with particularly strong fiber should be put into the machine slowly after being cut into blocks of about 3cm).
- When carrot stored at low temperature for over 1 year is used for squeezing, it is better to make it squeezed together with other materials which have high moisture content (such as pear or orange), be-cause such carrot has lower water content. There will be more juice if new materials are put into the ma-chine after the previous materials have been squeezed (the juice quantity will vary depending on the water content of materials).
- The juice quantity will be lower if the materials are not fresh. When dry materials stored in refrigerator are used for squeezing, the materials should be squeezed after being immersed in clean water for sufficient water absorption, so that the juicing effect is better.
- Hard materials are not suitable for juicing.
- Some friction noise will be heard when carrot (hard flesh) or apple (hard peel) is used for squeezing, but it will not affect the product negatively.
- Juice might splash from the inlet when materials such as cherry tomatoes and grapes are used for squeezing.
