NOTE :

  • It is recommended to make the desired quantity of espresso before whipping the milk foam as during steaming the water in the boiler will be heated to a much higher temperature than required for making espresso, which will make the coffee taste entirely differently;

  • Take a 5 – to 10 – minute break after making the milk foam before making the next batch;

  • Slowly turn the steam regulator knob and fully open the steam supply.
    NOTE: in order to prevent the milk from splashing always submerge the nozzle deeper than 1 cm below the surface of the milk.

  • The exiting steam will create turbulences aiding in the forming of the milk foam; regularly raise and lower the milk container relative to the nozzle until the foam is whipped.

  • Add the milk foam to the cup with coffee.

  • Use ordinary whole milk with 4% to 6% fat, cream should be at least 10% fat.

  • Clean the cappuccino tube and nozzle immediately after whipping; to do that, dip the cappuccino tube with nozzle into a glass of water, turn on the steam by turning the steam regulator knob to the position, then turn the steam off by turning the steam regulator knob to the «ВЫКЛ» position and turn the coffee maker off.
