Product Usage Instructions

Before using your Raycon Work Headphones, it is recommended to  fully charge them for optimal performance. Follow the steps belowto start using your headphones:

  1. Hold the power button for about 3 seconds to turn on the headphones. They will enter pairing mode automatically.
  2. On your source device, go to Bluetooth settings and ensureBluetooth is turned on.
  3. Search for “The Work Headphones” and select it to pair with your device.
  4. Once paired, you can enjoy your Raycon Work Headphones for wireless audio playback.
Media Player Control

The following controls are available for controlling media  playback:

Control Action
Power On Press the power button
Power Off Hold the power button for 5 seconds
Play Press the play button
Pause Press the play button again
Volume Up Press the volume up button
Volume Down Press the volume down button
Next Hold the next button for 2 seconds
Previous Hold the previous button for 2 seconds
Awareness & ANC Mode

The headphones have two modes to control your audio experience:

  • Awareness Mode: Press the awareness mode button to hear what’s  happening around you and block out unwanted noise.
  • Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Mode: Press the ANC button toactivate or deactivate the advanced active noise cancellation  feature.
Phone Call Control

During a phone call, you can perform the following actions:

  • Answer a call: Press the answer call button
  • End a call: Press the end call button
  • Reject a call: Hold the reject call button for 1.5 seconds
  • Redial the last number: Press the redial button twice
  • Mute Call: While on a phone call, short press the volume up and volume down buttons together
  • Activate Siri/Google Assistant: Hold the volume up and volume  down buttons for 3 seconds
Clear Paired Devices

To clear the paired devices list, follow these steps:

  1.  Hold the volume up and volume down buttons for 5 seconds while  the headphones are powered on.
Multipoint Connection

You can connect your headphones to multiple devices using the   multipoint connection feature:

  1. Successfully pair the headphones with a Bluetooth device by following the Quick Start Guide.
  2. Disconnect from the first device.
  3. Successfully connect a second Bluetooth device by following the Quick Start Guide.
  4. Reconnect to the first device.
Sound Profiles

Your Raycon Work Headphones offer three sound profiles for  customizing your audio experience:

  • Balanced Sound: Provides leveled sound that is great for all-around performance and warmth.
  • Bass Sound: Enhances bass for songs with strong beats and is ideal for bass lovers.
  • Treble Sound: Enhances treble for a crisp and clear audio experience.

QUICK START GUIDE

  1. Hold “ ” for about 3 seconds to power on. Headphones will enter pairing mode automatically.
  2. From the source device, go to Bluetooth setting, and ensure Bluetooth is on. Search for “The Work Headphones” and select it to pair.
  3. Enjoy your Raycon Work Headphones!

  • Awareness Mode: Hear what’s happening around you.
  • Active Noise cancellation (ANC) Mode: Focus and block out unwanted noise.

ANC CONTROL

  • ANC On/Off: Press
  • Awareness Mode On: Press

Note: ANC can be activated when headphones are powered off by holding “ ” fNC or 3 seconds.

PHONE CALL CONTROL

  • Answer a call: Press
  • End a call: Press
  • Reject a call: Hold for 1.5 sec
  • Redial the last number: Press 2 times

While on the phone call, short press “+” and “ -” together to Mute Call.
Hold “+” and “-“ for 3 sec to activate Siri/Google Assistant

CLEAR PAIRED DEVICES

Hold “- ” and “ ” for 5 seconds when headphones are powered on to  clear paired devices.

MULTIPOINT CONNECTION
  1. Succesfully pair to a bluetooth device using steps in Quick Start Guide, then disconnect from first device.
  2. Successfully connect a second bluetooth device using steps in Quick Start Guide.
  3. Reconnect to the first device.

SOUND PROFILES
Your sound, your way! As our sound profiles were crafted by artists and producers at the top of the industry, you’re in good hands.

  • Balanced Sound: leveled sound that is great for all around performance and warmth.

  • Bass Sound: Our bass boosted sound, great for songs with strong beats and a go-to for bass lovers.

  • Pure Sound: Our most refined sound, perfect clarity to hear every single note.

  • Toggle between Sound Profiles : Hold for 1.5 sec

EXTERNAL MIC

Use the provided External Mic to dive deeper into your work. Plug in the External Mic into the Mic Port, and you’re all set.

When on a call, press the button on the External Mic to mute/unmute the mic.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Cannot power on
    • Check that the battery is fully charged before using the device.
  • No sound when connected to a device via Bluetooth
    • Check the volume and play / pause button functions on the device and headphones to ensure the Bluetooth connection is set up correctly.
    • Before connecting the headphones, test the playback of the file on your Bluetooth device.
    • Ensure that no other Bluetooth devices interfere with the current Bluetooth connection.
  • No sound when connected to an external device by 3.5mm audio AUX cable
    • Check the volume level of the connected device and the headphones, check the play / pause button on the connected device, and ensure that the line connecting the device and the headphones is intact and securely connected.
    • Before connecting the headphones, test the playbak of the file on your source device.
  • Reset your headphones
    • Ensure the charging cable is plugged into a power source, and connect it to the headphones. While connected, press “ “ and “ ” tNC ogether to reset your headphones.
