Power Up
- Insert the 5 volt power cord into an outlet, then into your Clock. Optional: Insert 2-AA batteries for backup.
- Configure your basic settings.
Buttons
The buttons are located at the top of your clock.
Settings Menu
- Hold the MODE button to enter the Settings Menu.
- Press the + or – button to adjust values.
- Press the MODE button to confirm and move to next item.
- Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button at any time to exit.
Settings Menu Order:
- Language (English or Spanish)
- Beep ON/OFF
- Atomic ON/OFF
- Time Zone
- Daylight Saving Time (DST) ON/OFF
- 12/24 Hour
- Hour
- Minutes
- Year
- Month
- Date
- Fahrenheit/Celsius
TIME ZONES
- AST = Atlantic
- EST = Eastern
- CST = Central
- MST = Mountain
- PST = Pacific
- AKT = Alaska
- HAT = Hawaii
Language: Whichever language is selected, the following instructions and
weekday will be presented in that language.
Atomic Off: When Atomic Off is selected, you will move directly to the
24-hour setting.
Weekday: Weekday will set automatically when Year, Month and Date are
set.
Atomic Time
- Your Clock will automatically search for the Atomic Time Signal at UTC 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00.
- Hold the MINUS (-) button to manually start or stop search for the WWVB Atomic Time Signal.
- While searching, the Tower Icon will flash. The Tower Icon will be solid when the WWVB Signal is received by your clock.

Custom Date Display
Press the MODE button to change the clock display:
- Calendar
- Full Weekday
- Seconds
- Indoor Temperature
TIME ALARM
Set Alarm:
- Hold the ALARM button to enter the Alarm Settings Menu. “AL” will show.
- Press and release the + or – button to adjust the flashing values.
- Press the ALARM button to confirm and move forward.
Activate/Deactivate Alarm:
- Hold the ALARM button until “AL” and the alarm time shows.
- Press and release the ALARM button to deactivate or activate the alarm.
- The Alarm Icon will show only when alarm is active.
Silence a sounding alarm:
Press any button except SNOOZE/LIGHT to silence alarm for 24 hours.
Snooze:
When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to silence the alarm for
10 minutes. The Snooze Icon Zz will flash.
Note: The alarm will sound with increasing frequency for two minutes, then shut off completely if not deactivated.
Backlight Intensity
- Press and release the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to adjust the backlight intensity HIGH / LOW / OFF.
- The power cord is required for constant backlight.
- If operating on battery power only, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to activate the backlight briefly.
Low Battery Icon
Low Battery Icon by the Time, replace batteries in the Clock.

Care & Maintenance
When batteries of different brand or type are used together, or new and old batteries are used together, some batteries may be over-discharged due to a difference of voltage or capacity. This can result in venting, leakage, and rupture and may cause personal injury.
- Do not mix Alkaline, Lithium, standard, or rechargeable battteries.
- Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
- Always replace the whole set of batteries at one time, taking care not to mix old and new ones, or batteries of different types.
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
- Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).
- Remove batteries from product during periods of non-use. Battery leakage can cause corrosion and damage to this product.
