Product Usage Instructions
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the eight (8) screws on the motor cover (four on each side) and remove the cover.
- Loosen the three (3) Phillips screws on the chain guard and remove it.
- Using two (2) 10 mm wrenches, loosen the locknut that secures the tensioner onto the fork and remove it. Make sure the roller is on the outer side of the chain, putting pressure against the chain.
- To install a replacement tensioner, reverse steps 1 through 3.
- Attention: Before the initial use, charge the battery for 12 hours.

- A. Phillips screwdriver
- B. Two (2) 10 mm wrenches
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn the power switch OFF and disconnect the charger before removing or installing the chain tensioner. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the eight (8) screws on the motor cover, four (4) on each side, and remove cover.
Step 2
- Loosen the three (3) Phillips screws on the chain guard and remove.

Step 3
- Using two (2) 10 mm wrenches, loosen the locknut that secures the tensioner on to the fork and remove.
Note
- Make sure the roller is on the outer side of the chain putting pressure against the chain.
Step 4
Reverse steps 1 through 3 to install a replacement tensioner.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 12 hours before initial use.
