    • 2-3 Setting the FDD write-protect function

LISBON all CPU

The LISBON lll Main Board supports PPGA 370pin SOCKET SingleCeleron Processor with a bus speed of 66MHz. It also supports Single Celeron 300A/ 333/ 366/ 400/ 433/ 466MHz (with built-in 128KB L2 cache memory). There is no need to change the jumper separately as it is automatically set.

LISBON-III Memory Settings

The LISBON-III Main Board provides two 168Pin 3.3V Unbuffered DIMM type module sockets that support 66 MHz SDRAM DIMMs. It can expand up to 256MB (if SDRAM – 2Bank * 128MB) with ECC (72bit) or Non-ECC (64bit) memory. The supported memory specifications are Single or Double sided DIMMs with the following configurations:

DIMM size Non-ECC Configuration ECC Configuration
16MB 2 Mbit x 64 2 Mbit x 72
32MB 4 Mbit x 64 4 Mbit x 72
64MB 8 Mbit x 64 8 Mbit x 72
128MB 16 Mbit x 64 16 Mbit x 72

    • Memory Cache: Enabled (save data stored in main memory to a specific area of designated cache memory), Disabled
    • Cache System BIOS area: Write Protect (move the contents of the BIOS to the cache memory to speed up processing), Uncached (used at normal processing speed)
    • Cache Video BIOS area: Write Protect (move the contents of the VIDEO BIOS to main memory to speed up processing), Uncached (select when cache is not used for this area), Write through (method of writing to cache and main memory Cache Base 0512K simultaneously when CPU writes work results), Write Protect (without writing CPU work results to cache) Method of directly writing to Main Memory), Write Back (method of writing CPU operation results only to Cache without writing them to Main Memory, and writing to Main Memory only when Cache is needed)

Product Usage Instructions

Follow the steps below to use the LISBON-III Main Board:

  1. Install the compatible PPGA 370pin SOCKET Single Celeron Processor with a bus speed of 66MHz or Single Celeron 300A/ 333/ 366/ 400/ 433/ 466MHz (with built-in 128KB L2 cache memory) into the CPU socket.
  2. Insert the supported memory configurations into the two 168Pin 3.3V Unbuffered DIMM type module sockets.
  3. Configure the jumper settings based on your requirements using the available jumpers J1, J5, J6, and J7.
  4. Access the CMOS SETUP using the F1 or + key during bootup and configure the settings based on your requirements using the available selection options.
