  • Check to make sure you have everything below.

ADHESIVE TAPE

  • Use the adhesive tape onto the bottom label to keep the device static if neccessary.

  • Tear off the bottom release paper
  • Stick the adhesive tape on the area within the white marking
  • Tear off the top release paper to stick to a flat surface

SETUP

  • Step 1:  Connection
    • Connect the streaming box to the TV with the HDMI cable.
    • Connect the power adapter. A white LED light indicates Power On and a red LED light indicates Standby.
  • Step 2: Bluetooth pairing
    • Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the remote. Follow on-screen instructions for Bluetooth pairing. Hold both and buttons until pairing is successful.onn-8822K4VTG-4K-Streaming-Box-with-Google-TV-fig-9
  • Step 3: Networking
    • Select your WiFi network and key in the password
  • Step 4: Setup Complete
    • Follow the on screen instructions to set up Google TV™.

Reset Button

  • Remote Reset: long press the button for 5 seconds to reset the remote pair.
  • Box Reset: long press the button and power on the box at the same time for 5 seconds, then it will enter the reset interface to remove all user data or accounts, etc.

  • Place the device on a flat, firm and stable surface. Do not put it on a carpet or rug.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No display after power on?

  • Confirm the HDMI cable is plugged in properly.
  • Make sure your TV has not entered sleep mode. Press the power button on the remote control to wake up your TV.

TV has images but no sound?

  • Make sure your TV is not in mute or low volume.

Fail to connect to the network?

  • Make sure Wi-Fi is functional and your box has a strong enough signal from your router.

Remote control failure?

  • Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, and make sure it is placed in the correct polarity.
  • Make sure the remote control is within the range of the TV box.
  • Long press the reset button on streaming box for 5 seconds to reset the remote pair.
  • Please use the original accessories to ensure safety and a better experience.
