Thank you for your purchase of RENPHO Foot Massager. The massager offers a powerful massage. While enjoying massager, you should use it with care and safety. To ensure safety and avoid any property damage, please read this manual carefully and use as indicated. Non-compliance may cause serious injuries or severe property damage.

Important Safety Instructions

• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention. DO NOT use this product for more than 30 minutes at a time. Allow at least 30 minutes cool down period in between uses. Extensive use could lead to the appliance overheating and reduce the life of the product.
• The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
• This product is not to be used by children under 9 years old. This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating if using the Heat Function.
• This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to provide a comfortable massage.
• If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using this appliance.
• Individuals with pacemakers should consult a physician before using this product.
• In case of pregnancy, diabetes or illness, consult your doctor before using this product.
• Massage should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result,or if you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged period of time, stop use and consult your doctor. Never use the massager on open wounds, discoloured areas, areas of poor circulation or any areas of the body that are swollen, burned, inflamed or where skin eruptions or sores are present.
• DO NOT use the machine while under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives.
• It is normal to feel itching, tingling or see redness on area of the skin where the massager was used after use. These symptoms will soon disappear. However, if these symptoms remain for an extended period, we suggest you consult your doctor as there may be a more serious underlying issue.
• To prevent bruising, do not press too hard on the device.
• DO NOT leave the appliance unattended when in use or plugged in. Take care that children cannot touch the appliance when in use, and make sure they cannot reach and pull the power cord.
• To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the appliance, cord or power adaptor in water or other liquids. DO NOT use or store the product near sinks, baths or showers containing water or near running water.
• DO NOT use in the bath, shower, spa. pool etc.
• Always disconnect the power adaptor from the power point after use. DO NOT use this appliance if it has been dropped or any part of the appliance (including cord or power adaptor) has been damaged. The use of accessories not intended for use with this appliance may cause injuries to the user or damage to the appliance.
• DO NOT place this unit on other appliances, on uneven surfaces or where it could be subject to heat sources (e.g. radiators or stoves), direct sunlight, excessive dust.
• This appliance should not be placed near a hot gas or electrical burner or placed in a heated oven.
• The appliance should always be switched off before disconnecting from the power supply. Never pull the cord to disconnect the power adaptor from either the appliance or the power point. Grasp the plug / adaptor body.
• There are no user serviceable parts in this appliance.
• If this appliance is to be used by a third party, please supply the instruction manual with it.
• Ensure children and babies do not play with plastic bags or any of the packaging material.
• DO NOT operate the appliance with wet hands or wet feet to reduce the risk of electric shock.
• DO NOT carry the appliance by the power cord.
• DO NOT use the appliance while sleeping or if feeling sleepy. DO NOT use this product before bed. The massager has a stimulating effect and may delay sleep.
• DO NOT use this product while in bed.
• DO NOT use machinery or heavy equipment while using this appliance. DO NOT cover the appliance while in use. The product will overheat and may cause fire, electrocution, damage to property or injury to persons.
• Prolonged Heat application can result in skin burns.
• This appliance is intended for human use only. Not for animals and pets. DO NOT allow pets or animals to lie or chew on this appliance or on the electrical cord etc.
• Never reach or touch an appliance which has fallen into water. Unplug from the mains power point immediately.
• Position the power adaptor cord properly so that it will not be walked on, tripped over or pinched by items placed on or against it. DO NOT store or use the appliance near or in high temperature areas. If the power adaptor or power adaptor supply cord is damaged, do not use. It must be disposed in order to avoid a hazard. ONLY for indoor domestic use. Industrial or commercial use invalidates the warranty.
• No liability can be accepted for any damage caused by non­compliance with these instructions or any other improper use or mishandling of appliance.

Additional Safety Instructions Relating to the Plug and Power Cord

If using an extension cord:

• The technical specifications of the extension cord must match or exceed the technical specifications of this appliance.
• Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the work surface or to come into contact with stoves or other hot surfaces.

Function

• Time: Select 15 or 30 minutes automatic shut-off.
• Knead Intensity: Select the kneading intensity among low (L), medium (M), high (H) or OFF.
• Air Intensity: Select the air pressure intensity among low (L), medium (M), high (H) or OFF.
• Heat: Press to turn on/off the heating function.

Using the RENPHO Foot Massager

Enjoying a foot massage for 15 or 30 minutes once or twice daily can relieve muscle pain, improve blood circulation, and effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia. And we recommend you limit massaging to 15-30 minutes. Longer massage times may cause mild pain.

1. Connect the plug to the power source. The Power indicator should flash and the massager is in standby.

2. Please remove the protective film from the touch panel before use.
   Press the Power button. The knead and air intensity will be at default low level (L). The default auto shut-off will be 15 minutes with the indicator light red.

3. Press the Time button to change the auto shut-off to 30 minutes and the indicator light will turn blue.

4. Press the Knead Intensity and Air Intensity buttons to adjust the knead and air pressure intensity (L, M, H, OFF).

5. Press the Heat button to turn on/off the heating function.
   Note: The heating function cannot work alone. The air pressure and kneading functions can work independently. The heating function can only work when the air pressure and/or kneading massage are working.
   TIPS: Use your thumb to press buttons to get better touch sensitivity.

6. The foot massager fits up to US Men’s size 12 (EU Men’s size 46).

Product Care and Maintenance

1. The use of non-rated voltage not (DC12V/2.5A) is prohibited.
2. lt is prohibited for non-professional personnel to repair the massager or replace parts.
3. lf the power adapter is damaged, it must be replaced by the maintenance department or similarly qualified persons approved by the manufacturer so as to avoid potential hazards.
4. Do not use or store it in wet environments or high temperatures.
5. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet after using.
6. Ensure that the operation of this product does not exceed more than 30 minutes at any given time.
7. lf you feel unwell or in any unusual discomfort, please stop using the product immediately.
8. lf high temperature or foul odor is experienced while using the product, stop using immediately and unplug the device.
9. Any Individual who may be pregnant or recently gave birth, has a heart condition or a pacemaker, suffers from diabetes or other sensory impairment, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, joint dysfunction, inflammation or injuries, weak bones, osteoporosis, a high fever, an abnormal or curved spine, is at an increased risk of developing blood clots, has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices implanted in his/her body, is being treated for a medical condition or physical injury or is under a doctor’s care should consult with a medical professional before using a massaging device designed for home use.
10. Do not use sharp objects to handle the product in order to avoid damage.
11. Please keep the product clean. You can use a soft cotton cloth and neutral detergent to clean it.
12. Do not stand when you are using the massager. Do not place excessively heavy objects on the device in order to avoid damage.

mode to begin with.

No heating or insufficient heating| The heat function is manufactured according to International safety

standards, which limits how fast the product can heat up. Therefore, the heating-up may seem a bit slow, 7-10 minutes before you can

feel the obvious heat.

| If you press the foot cover to see the light, the heating is turned normally. The rate of heating is related to environment. If you are in a cold area, the heating time may take longer.
The touch panel is not working properly| 1. The plastic film on the touch panel is not removed.

2. Fingers are wet. 3.lnsufficient touch area.

| 1. Remove the plastic film before use.

2. Dry your fingers before touching the button.

3. Use your thumb to press buttons to get better touch sensitivity.
