Thank you for choosing our product. To protect your rights and for better customer service, we ask that you note our warranty rules.
- Within the guarantee period, repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as a foot pad) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

Detachable Microphone
The headset microphone is detachable, please plug it into headset according the fix point, follow the instruction as following photos to plug in.
How to charge the headset battery
- Plug the charging cable to type C slot on headset, plug the charging cable to USB port on PC or DC 5V power adapter, the headset LED turns ON in red while charging, the charging time is around 2.5 hours.
- At 2.4G mode, charging by power adapter, LED turn ON in Red and Blue (2.4G connecting cut off while charging), headset is turn OFF after 10 minutes, LED is ON in Red, it is turn OFF after charging complete.
- At 2.4G mode, charging by PC, 2.4G connectivity will be cut off, headset now works via wired connecting, LED turns ON in red and blue, it is turn OFF after charging complete.
- Charging at BT mode, the headset will be turns OFF, LED is turn ON in red, LED turns OFF after charging complete.
- Charging when headset turns OFF, the LED is ON in red, the Red LED will be turn off after charging complete.

How to pair

Turn OFF headset, take OFF USB dongle.

Press power button to turn on headset, LED turns ON in blue, flash slowly, press power button twice quickly, headset is switch to 2.4G mode, indication tone: gaming mode.

Plug USB dongle to PC or P54 or smart phone, the dongle LED is on in blue, the blue light is twinkle waiting for pair.

Press and hold microphone button for 3 seconds, pairing complete, the indication tone: gaming mode, Power on.
Noted: USB dongle may turns OFF while pairing, it may be caused by microphone button being pressing. -
For re-connecting, Headset and dongle will be pairing automatically, dongle LED lights ON in blue.
Headset function instruction
2.4G mode
- Plug headset dongle to PC/PS4/Smart phone (via Type C port), dongle LED lights ON then twinkle waiting for pairing.
- Press power button to turn ON headset, start to pairing, headset and dongle LEDs are light on in BLUE after pairing complete. The LEDs are twinkle if pairing failed.
- Adjust volume by volume +/- buttons.
- Microphone is default to ON, press MIC button to turn it OFF(Dongle LED turns OFF now), press it again to turn it ON( Dongle LED turns ON now).
- Headset default to stereo sound effect, press MIC button twice to switch the sound to virtual 7.1 sound effect, headset pomp “du du” for indication, do it again switch back to stereo sound(headset pomp “du” for indication).

Wired mode
- Please take off the dongle if headset works at 2.4G mode.
- Turn on headset by press power key, double click power button to switch the headset to 2.4G+Wired mode, the headset indication tone: “Gaming mode, power ON”, then connect headset to PC or other devices by type C cable (please noted that to avoid headset is working in bluetooth mode, the headset must be swith to 2.4G/USB wired mode, then plug the type C cable), now the headset is in USB wired mode, headset indicator will turn on in red and blue.
- PC will detect the headset as H848 USB Gaming Headset after connecting successful.
- Adjust volume by volume +/- buttons.
- Microphone is default to ON, press MIC button to turn it OFF(Indication tone “Ding Dong”), Do it again to turn it ON(Indication tone “Ding”).
- Headset default to stereo sound effect, press MIC button twice to switch the sound to virtual 7.1 sound effect, headset pomp “du du” for indication, do it again switch back to stereo sound(headset pomp “du” for indication).
- The headset can not switch to Bluetooth and 2.4G mode when it is connected with PC/PS4/Devices by type C cable, it must be plug off the cable before headset switch to bluetooth and 2.4G mode.

Bluetooth mode
- Turn on headset, switch to BT mode, indication tone: “Bluetooth mode, pairing”, headset ready to pairing.
- The Redragon headset compatible with most of PC and PS4 / smart phone and other devices.
- Press and hold MIC button for 3 seconds, headset start to pair with bluetooth device.
- Turn on bluetooth at PC /PS4/smart phone, the device’s will scan the bluetooth device, or press the search button to find the headset.
- Find the Redragon headset device named H848 in the list, then press it to pairing.
- The indication tone: “connected” after pairing successful.
- Headset default to stereo sound in bluetooth mode, not available with other sound effect.

Low power warning
The headset indicator lights up in Red and twinkle when the power is below to 3.3V, the indication tone “Battery low”, then USB dongle LED twinkle, the headset turn OFF automatically when the power is below to 3.25V.
How to keep the headset
The headset should be keep in the condition of temperature of -5~35°C, it should be a indoor which it is clean and dry environment, please keep it away the corrosive objects and the fire or head source, please charge the headset every 6 months.
Remark
- Do not put the headset in humid and wet place.
- High volume for long period may damage your hearing.
- Do not put self’s strength to pull the cable.
