Product Information

The TOPLIFTPROS VENTURE PROTM is a base and upper assemblydesigned to assist in removing the top of your vehicle. It is equipped with various components that allow for easy installationand operation. The product comes with a set of instructions that should be followed carefully to ensure proper assembly and usage.

Product Usage Instructions

**Base Assembly

• Step 1: Remove the Locking-Pins and unfold the rear legs to the second hole from the rear. Install the Locking-Pins. Repeat the same process for the forward legs, unfolding them to the second hole from the front and installing the Locking-Pins.

• Step 2: Remove the two 8mm bolts on the tube, leaving one nut in place within the metal frame. Install the Bearing Post with bearing to the rear of the device. Tighten the 8mm bolts.

• Step 3: Remove the long 8mm bolt on the Base with four washers. Take the Foot Pedal Assembly and fold the connecting arms to the rear. Guide the assembly over the Bearing Post with the Foot Pedal to the rear. Place the Bearing onto the Bearing Support run and install the 8mm bolt and washers.

• Step 4: Follow the provided diagrams (fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8) to complete the base assembly.

Upper Assembly

• Step 1: Install the Locking-Knob onto the Bent Arm by pulling the knob slightly to disengage it. Slide the Bent Arm and Locking-Knob to the rear over the Base Assembly’s Vertical Tube. Cock slide the tube down and align the Knob to the hole positions. Release to engage the Locking-Knob.
• Step 2: Install the Upper Support Assembly by removing  the bolt on the top of the Bent Arm. Place the base of the assembly and install the bolt. Face the folded arms forward. Install all Positioning Lock-knobs (four each) to the underside of each arm.
• Step 3: Install Adjustable Leg Supports (five) to each Arm end with Lock-Knob to holes. Pull on each of the Knob-Locks to allow the Supports to slide down. Position the holes for the Forward Support Arm to the underside of the Assembly.
  Follow the provided diagrams (fig. 9, fig. 10) to complete the
  upper assembly.

Ensure that all components are securely installed and locked in place before using the TOPLIFTPROS VENTURE PROTM. Refer to the user manual for additional safety precautions and maintenance instructions.

TOOLS REQUIRED

BASE ASSEMBLY

• STEP 1: Remove Locking-Pins and unfold rear legs to the second hole from rear, install Locking-Pins. fig. 1
  Remove Locking-Pins and unfold forward legs to the second hole from front, install Locking-Pins.

• STEP 2 : Remove the 2 8mm bolts on the tube. leaving the 1 nut in place within metal frame. fig. 2-1
  Install the Bearing Post with bearing to the rear of the device. Install 8mm bolts (tighten). fig. 2-2

• • STEP 3: Remove the long 8mm bolt on the Base with 4 washers, fig. 3. Take the Foot Pedal Assembly, fold connecting arms to the rear and guide over the Bearing Post with Foot Pedal to the rear. fig. 4
    Place Bearing onto the Bearing Support run (fig. 4), Foot Pedal to the rear, install 8mm bolt and washers. fig. 5

• STEP 4: Install Neoprene Handle through Vertical Lift Assembly by inserting threaded portion and tightening. fig. 6
  Pulling out the Safety-Lock Knob, twist slightly to disengage lock. fig. 7
  Guide Vertical Lift Assembly over with green cable to the rear, pull slightly on the Green Loop. fig. 8
  While pulling on loop, slide the Assembly over the Bearing Post, once on all the way, release the Loop. It should lock into position, pull on Loop and raise up approx. 2 hole positions and allowing to lock. ****

• STEP 5: Next, pull the Locking-Pins holding the Support Pins in place to the Assembly.
  Take one Connecting Arm and install Support Pin through with washer opposite, insert with hole vertically,
  Install Locking-Pin through top, repeat with opposite side. fig. 9

• STEP 6: Install Safety Sheilds onto Foot Pedal Arms. fig. 10

UPPER ASSEMBLY

• STEP 1: Install Locking-Knob onto the Bent Arm (Pull Knob slightly to disengage). fig. 1.
  Then slide the Bent Arm, Locking-Knob to the rear over the Base Assembly’s Vertical Tube.
  Slightly cock sliding the tube down and aligning the Knob to the hole positions, release to engage Locking-Knob.

• STEP 2: IInstall the Upper Support Assembly by removing Bolt on Bent Arm top, place base of Assembly,
  install bolt. fig. 2.
  Face the folded arms forward. Install all Positioning Lock-knobs (4 each ) to underside of each arm.. fig. 3

• STEP 3: Install Adjustable Leg Supports (5) to each Arm end with Lock-Knob to holes. fig. 4
  Pull on each of the Knob-Locks to allow the Supports to slide down.
  Holes for the Forward Support Arm are to be positioned to underside of Assembly. fig. 5
