Product Information
The product is a shower system faucet that includes a pressure balanced diverter valve, handheld shower kit with a flexible hose, shower head, ceiling shower arm and flange kit, and body jets. The faucet is designed for use in showers and provides control over water flow and temperature.
Product Usage Instructions
Installation Instructions
- Before installation, it is recommended to consult a professional plumber who is familiar with the Canadian plumbing code and local municipality plumbing codes.
- Ensure that urge arresting devices are installed as required by the Canadian plumbing code to eliminate water hammering.
- Create an adequate opening to easily access connections or other plumbing devices for maintenance or repair.
- Apply plumber’s putty to ensure a watertight seal during installation.
- Firmly hand tighten the hose to the valve and use a proper wrench to add a quarter turn. Tighten more if necessary.
- The model shown in the installation steps may differ from the one in the box, but the connection type and installation steps remain the same.
Shower Valve Body Installation
- Identify the hot and cold water supply pipes.
- Attach the valve body to the hot and cold water supply pipes using appropriate fittings and connectors.
- Ensure that the valve is in the “OFF” position.
- Turn on the hot and cold water supply to check for any leaks.
- Once satisfied, turn the valve to the “ON” position to allow water flow.
Body Jets Installation
- Identify the desired locations for the body jets.
- Attach the body jets to the designated spots on the shower wall using appropriate fittings and connectors.
Hand shower Installation
- Connect the flexible hose to the handheld shower.
- Attach the wall bracket to the desired location on the shower wall.
- Place the handheld shower in the wall bracket.
Head Shower Installation
- Attach the shower head to the ceiling shower arm using appropriate fittings and connectors.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse the product with clear water. Dry the product with a soft cloth.
DO NOT:
Use abrasive cleansers, cloths, or paper towels. Use any cleaning agents
containing acid, polish, wax, alcohol, ammonia, bleach, solvent or any other
corrosive or harsh cheminalc cleansers.
