Thank you for your purchase of RENPHO Kneading Shoulder Massager The massager offers a powerful shiatsu massage. While enjoying massage relief, you should use it with care and safety in mind. To ensure safety and avoid any  property damage, please read this manual carefully and use it as indicated. Non- compliance may cause serious injuries or death and/or severe property damage.

Important Safety Instructions

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use  of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

• This product is not intended for medical use. It just offers a massage function.
• Any Individual who may be pregnant or recently gave birth, has body diseases or skin diseases, has a heart condition or a pacemaker, suffers from diabetes or other sensory impairment, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, joint  dysfunction, inflammation or injuries, weak bones, osteoporosis, a high fever, is at an increased risk of developing blood clots, has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices implanted in his/her body, is being treated for  a medical condition or physical injury or is under a doctor’s care should consult with a medical professional before using a massaging device designed for home use.
• If you feel unwell or in any unusual discomfort, please stop using the product immediately.
• NOT suitable for children.
• DO NOT use it while driving.
• The elderly need to use under the doctor’s guidance.
• DO NOT use this product after drinking or taking sleeping pills.
• NEVER try to inspect or open the product in any way.
• DO NOT use this product for too long(Which may cause minimal damage to the skin).
• DO NOT put heavy objects on the product.
• DO NOT continue to use this product after it has been damaged.
• DO NOT drop the product on the ground at high altitude.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into the water. Unplug immediately.
• DO NOT place in or drop into water or other liquids.
• NEVER use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
• DO NOT use this product if you apply any oils or lotions to your skin.
• DO NOT carry this product by the power cord.
• DO NOT allow the power cord near any heated surfaces.
• NEVER clean this product unless it is unplugged. Use a cloth dampened with a very small amount of water to clean. You can use non-abrasive cleaners. DO NOT pug this product back in until it is totally dry.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur or cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
• Power off and disconnect products from the mains after use.

2. Product Instruction
   

Using the Neck and Shoulder Massager

1. Connect the power adapter into the DC power port, then plug the power adapter into an electric outlet. ( Car adapter included. You can also use in your car)
2. Grip the positioning handles and drape the main unit around the area you want to massage.
3. Press the Power button. The massager will turn on. The default mode is as below: Medium speed Heat on 15 min default (The direction of rotation changes every minute)
4. Press the Direction button to change the massage direction.
5. Press the Speed change button to change the speed.
6. Press the Heat button to power off or on heat function.
7. Use the positioning handles to reposition the Shiatsu Nodes to the area you want to massage.
8. Press the Power button at any time to turn the unit off.
9. The unit shuts off automatically after 15 minutes of continuous use.

Product Care and Maintenance

1. Place the massager in a safe, cool, and dry place when not in use.
2. After unplugging, wipe with a soft, damp cloth using non-abrasive cleaners.
3. Never submerge the unit in any liquid.
4. Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
5. DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no user-serviceable parts.

Shuts off automatically| The 15-minute timer| The massager has a timer and will turn off on its own after 15 minutes. You can press the power button to start another 15 minute massage
The massager’s overheat protection feature will switch off the massager automatically when too hot| Wait for the massager to cool down before powering it back on
Can’t feel heat| You used the soft sleeve| Take off soft sleeve
To prevent overheating, our temperature is controlled at 118°F| Its easy to hurt your neck when the heat is too strong
Feel pain while using| The intensity of the deep kneading massage is strong| Decrease speed
Add the soft sleeve on the massager to further reduce the intensity of the deep kneading massage
Can’t feel intensity| Your pull on the handle is not strong enough| Increase your pull on the handle
The intensity of the deep kneading massage is weak| Increase speed
