Product Usage Instructions

  1. Read and follow all instructions and safety guidelines before use.
  2. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED.
  3. Not suitable for children under 8 years.
  4. Avoid skin contact. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
  5. Avoid touching resin with fingers before the gel is completely dry. Always use the supplied tweezers.
  6. Avoid playing with resin with broken skin.
  7. Keep contents away from eyes.
  8. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  9. Use in a well-ventilated area.
  10. Do not eat the contents. Contents are not food.
  11. Do not place and store in kitchen or other food storage area.
  12. Do not mix with real food.
  13. Keep younger children under the specified age limit and animals away from the activity area.
  14. Do not eat, drink, or smoke in the activity area.
  15. Children’s abilities vary, even within age groups. Supervising adults should use these instructions and exercise discretion as to which activities are suitable and safe for them.
  16. Do not use any items or accessories which have not been supplied with the set or recommended in the instructions for use with this kit.
  17. In case of injury, always seek medical advice.
  18. If swallowed, wash out mouth and drink fresh water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical advice.
  19. It is highly recommended to wear gloves and eye protection while using resin. Gloves and eye protection are not included.
  20. It is recommended to set resin in daylight or any UV light. The intensity of the sun may vary depending on your location and time of day.
  21. Before starting, cover the play area to prevent resin damage to surfaces.
  22. An adult must be present when playing with resin.
  23. Keep rubbing alcohol or wipes close by to clean up messes and your hands. Rubbing alcohol or wipes are not included.

How to Play with Resin

  1. Think of your resin as glue. Use it to make everything stay in place. Note: When using as a base holder, make sure to expose resin to daylight or any UV light to set it.
  2. To make it easier to pour, try keeping the bottle upside down, with the CAP ON, in a cup or bowl for at least 1 minute.
  3. When poured, resin will take a few seconds to drip or spread.
  4. If large bubbles appear when pouring, use the tip of the tweezers to pop them. Note: The more you mix/stir the resin, the more bubbles that will appear.
  5. While resin is still wet, using tweezers, take the time to carefully place all your items before taking it outside to set.

Chef’s Tip
Warm up the bottle of resin in your hands for a minute or more to make it easily pourable

How to play with resin

  • Don’t overfill your cups & plates – make sure you have enough room for your ingredients.

  • While resin is still wet, using tweezers, take the time to carefully place all your items before taking it outside to set.

  • Build your dish or drink using the ingredients and step-by-step recipe card from your pack.
  • Note : Each pack has unique ingredients; some packs may have a few more pieces than needed for the recipe.

Set It

  • Once you have your dish or drink prepped, place it under day light or UV light with a tray.
  • Set the resin for at least 5 minutes or until resin has hardened.
  • Only check if resin is hardened with the tweezers provided.
  • Bring the dish or drink back indoors to cool down before touching it.

after you’re done…

  • Clean all surfaces and equipment after use.
  • Store the product in a safe place and keep away from young children after play.
  • Set any excess resin in bottle: Leave bottle open and place in direct sunlight for at least 5 minutes to set. Do not pour in drain.

Chef’s Tip
Resin still sticky after 5 minutes?
Give it a little more time under the light. The more exposure it gets, the better it will set.
