Rotation always is used to control the selected parameter, e.g. temperature
set point .
Touch is used to change what you are controlling.
Key | Description |
---|---|
1 | Touch screen display |
2 | Rotation ring |
6.2 Touch
Use the touch screen to swipe left and right between the configured primary
controls, e.g. lights, climate, shades and media. These controls are signified
by the paging dots at the bottom of the display. Once the primary control is
selected, tap the display to cycle through the secondary control options, e.g.
if lights was selected, tap the display to cycle through all of the available
lighting related functions. Continue to tap and the control will cycle back to
the start, or press and hold the display to go straight back to the primary
control.
6.3 Rotation
Use the ring to control the parameter of the selected control, e.g. the
temperature set point. The rotation input will behave differently depending on
the selected control.
When a preset control is selected, such as light scenes or fan speeds the
rotation will control which preset is selected between 1-8. When a control
such as volume or a light is selected the rotation will alter the brightness
or volume level in 0-100 increments.
