Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the High-End Video Wall Controller to the power supply using the provided power cable.
  2. Connect the desired input sources (up to 92 inputs) to the corresponding input interface ports on the controller (VGA / CVBS / YPbPR / SDI / IP).
  3. Connect the output displays (up to 72 displays) to the corresponding output interface ports on the controller (HDBaseT / DVI / DP / HDMI).
  4. If desired, connect additional devices such as IP cameras or touchscreen interfaces to the available IP / RS-232 / Touchscreen ports.
  5. Use the front panel touchscreen to control scene modes, save/recall profiles, and configure IP settings.
  6. To create a video wall layout, use the Drag & Drop interface on the controller. Click, drag, and drop the video sources onto the desired displays to customize the layout.
  7. Use the controller’s features such as Overlap, Roaming, Stretching, and Zoom in/out to adjust the display settings as needed.
  8. If desired, enable Background Image and Scrolling Text features for additional customization. Schedule scene modes and cycles for advertising or digital signage purposes.
  9. If using IP cameras, ensure that the IP input card is properly configured to support streaming video feed from the cameras.
  10. If necessary, replace or add new input/output cards without turning off the whole chassis. The FPGA chipset allows for independent operation of each card.

Note : Refer to the product manual for detailed instructions on advanced features and troubleshooting.

Hardware Based Design

High-performance video processing equipment with hardware architecture design.

  • No more computer high-end specifications.
  • No more high-end Graphic Processing Unit (GPU Card).
  • No more licenses.
  • No more blue-screen OS crash.
  • No more viruses and black screen.
  • No more ransomware, lost data.
  • Support up to 92 input x 72 output or 88 input x 60 output

FPGA Dedicated Chipset

A dedicated Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chipset is a combination of processing unit that are dedicated in video processing. This eliminated the limitation of a CPU or a GPU from conventional Software or PC controller.
Without the use of PCI – Express card, the unit can work flawlessly when adding or editing the total layout of the video set up. As each of the FPGA chips is working independently, the user can replace or add a new input/output card without turning off the whole chassis.

Module design with Hot Swap
Multiple forms of connections for clients to custom fit their system.
The client can now combine HDMI – DVI – VGA – HDBaseT – IP Streaming in one total solution, maximizing system integration.

  • Reduce the total cost of investment in both pre & post phase of expansion.
  • Chassis also support control multiple videowalls, further simplify the complexity of connections and management.
