Product Usage Instructions

First Time Use

  1. Remove the package, protective bag, and supporting parts from the machine.

Sealing Function

  1. Cut bag material to the desired size, ensuring it is straight and flat.
  2. Open the lid and insert one end of the bag material into the vacuum channel, across the sealing strip. Stretch the end of the bag flat.
  3. Close both sides of the lid until you hear a click, indicating that the vacuum sealer is locked.
  4. Connect the power supply and press the Seal button twice to initiate the sealing function. The blue indicator LED will be on. The machine will automatically stop after 10 seconds and the LED will turn off.
  5. If you want to transfer to the sealing function from vacuum sealing, press the Seal button twice during the vacuum process. The machine will automatically stop after sealing, indicated by the LED turning off.
  6. Turn the Releasing valve to release the air and press both lid lock release buttons to open the lid. Take out the sealed bag.
  7. After each use, let the machine cool down for 40 seconds before using it again.

Vacuum Sealing Function

  1. Place your food or item in a bag, leaving enough space between the contents and the top of the bag.
  2. Open the lid and place the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel, ensuring that the bag is completely inside.
  3. Close both sides of the lid until you hear a click, indicating that the vacuum sealer is locked.
  4. Connect the power supply and press the vacuum seal button twice to start the vacuuming and sealing process. The blue indicator LED will be on. The vacuum setting can be -60kpa. The sealing function is activated automatically and the machine will stop after completing the vacuum and sealing.
  5. Turn the Releasing valve to release the air and press both lid  lock release buttons to open the lid. Take out the sealed bag.
  6. If you want a half-vacuumed food or item, press the Vacuum Seal button or the Seal button to stop the vacuum sealing. Then press the Seal button to transfer into the sealing function. The machine will automatically stop after sealing, indicated by the LED turning off.

Important Safeguards &Tips

  • The vacuum sealer is for home use only.
  • The vacuum sealer is not applicable for liquid related foods.
  • The vacuum sealer is not applicable for children or someone who cannot understand the product’s performance. (make sure one skilled operator oversees the use of the equipment to ensure safety)
  • Keep out of reach of children. The vacuum sealer is not a toy and should be stored in an area out of reach for children

  • Do not leave the vacuum sealer alone during operation process.
  • Do not touch the sealer strip immediately after complete sealing, the sealer strip is hot.
  • Unplug the vacuum sealer when the machine is not in use.
  • If there is any part of the vacuum sealer (power cord, plug or vacuum sealer) is defective, please do not disassemble or repair the appliance by yourself. For your safety, do not use it anymore and please contact your dealer for repair/replacement.
  • The vacuum sealer is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or in a moist or a hot environment.
  • Do not use chemical solvent to clean the vacuum sealer. Do not use machine oil to smooth the vacuum sealer.
  • Unlock the lid after each use, it prevents pressure from being applied to the sealing gasket and sealing foam.
  • Do not vacuum the food with large amounts of liquids because the accessory hose cannot be cleaned properly. Soak up water in the hose by a piece of dry cloth or paper.
  • After connecting power, do not press the Vacuum & Seal when you open the lid
  • Do not immerse any part of the appliance, power cord or plug in water or other liquid
  • Use only accessories or attachments recommended by the manufacture.
  • This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced capacity on the physical, mental or sensory or lack of experience and knowledge (including children), unless he has them was asked to monitor or if they have had instructions on the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
  • This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of age, as long as they are supervised and have been given instructions about using the appliance safely and are fully aware of the dangers involved.
  • Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years of age and are supervised by an adult.
  • Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
  • When using electrical equipment, safety precautions must always be taken to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury in the event of misuse.
  • Make sure that the voltage rating on the typeplate corresponds to your main voltage of your installation. If this is not the case, contact the dealer and do not connect the unit

  • Never leave the unit unattended while in operation.

Remark: Please unlock the lid after each use, and re-insert the paper stand after vacuuming, it prevents pressure from being applied to the sealing foam.

Operation guide

The Sealing function:

  1.  Cut bag material to appropriate size you desired, Be sure to cut straight and flat.
  2.  Open the lid, Insert one end of bag material into vacuum channel (across sealing strip). Be sure to stretch the end of bag flat. Close both sides of the lid until you hear a click (follow the advice sticker to close lid), which indicates the vacuum sealer is completely locked.
  3.  Connect the power supply and press the “Seal” button twice to initiate the sealing function while the blue indicator led is on, 10 seconds later, It stops automatically when finished sealing, the blue indicator led is off.
  4.  You can also transfer to the sealing function from vacuum sealing by pressing the button “Seal” twice during vacuum process, it stops automatically when finished sealing, the blue indicator led is off.
  5.  Turn the Releasing valve to release the air and press both lid lock release button to open the lid, take out the bag.

Notes: please let the machine cool down for 40 seconds after each use

The vacuum sealing functions

  1.  Place your food or item in bag. leave enough space between bag contents and top of bag.
  2.  Open the lid and place open end of bag into vacuum channel. (Make sure the bag all inside the vacuum channel)
  3.  Close both sides of the lid until you hear a click (follow the advice sticker to close lid), which indicates the vacuum sealer is completely locked.
  4.  Connect the power supply and press vacuum seal button continuously two times to begin vacuuming and sealing process. The blue indicator led is on, the vacuum setting can be -60kpa, and the sealing function is on automatically, It will stop automatically when complete vacuum and sealing. the blue indicator led is off.
  5.  Turn the Releasing valve to release the air and press both lid lock release button to open the lid, take out the bag.
  6.  If you desired half-vacuumed food or item, press the button “Vacuum seal”or ‘Seal’ to stop vacuum sealing , then press “Seal” to transfer into seal function, It stops automatically when finished sealing, the blue indicator led is off.

*Notes: The vacuum sealing time is about 2 minutes.
Always turn the Releasing valve to release the air and press both lid lock release button to open the lid

Stop function:
Stop the machine when vacuum sealing or sealing by pressing the button “Vacuum seal” or ‘Seal’ for any emergency.

Note:

  1.  The vacuum sealer is not suitable for vacuuming liquid food.
  2.  The maximum width of the vacuum bag/pouch is 30cm(300mm)
  3.  Please use the vacuum sealing bags or bags with folded sides or bags with lines for vacuuming, the normal bags or bags with no lines no folded side can be sealed, but it can’t be vacuumed properly.
  4.  Vacuum sealing your food extends shelf life of your food significantly. However, food will eventually spoil and rot.

Extra vacuuming function for big size vacuuming bag or vacuuming canisters.

  1. Vacuuming function for big size vacuuming bag.
  2.  Prepare appropriate big size vacuuming bag and put item into the bag, close the open end of bag, make sure the bag is fully closed and air can’t enter the bag.
  3.  Take out accessories vacuum hose, insert the sharp end into the air suction hole, the end with round screw thread (screw thread diameter 21. 8mm) be connected with air outlet on the bag, make sure it is well connected.
  4.  Close both sides of the lid until you hear a click (follow the advice sticker to close lid).
  5.  Connect the power supply and press vacuum seal button twice to begin the vacuuming process. The blue indicator led is on, and vacuuming will stop automatically when it is finished, . the blue indicator led is off.
  6. Vacuuming function for vacuuming canisters.
  7.  Prepare appropriate size vacuuming canister and put items into it, close the lip of canister and turn the knob on the canister into seal, make sure the canister is fully closed and air can’t enter into it.
  8.  Take out accessories vacuum hose, insert the sharp end into the air suction hole, remove the end with round screw thread, another sharp end will be available ( sharp end diameter 5. 2mm) and can be inserted into the air suction hole on the canister, make sure it is well inserted.
  9.  Close both sides of the lid until you hear a click (follow the advice sticker to close lid).
  10.  Connect the power supply and press vacuum seal button twice to begin vacuuming process. The blue indicator led is on, vacuuming will stop automatically when it is finished, . the blue indicator led is off.
    Notes: The vacuum sealing time is about 2 minutes. For the big size vacuuming bag or vacuuming canisters, vacuuming may not finished but machine stop working and blue indicator is off, please press “vacuum seal” button again to continue the vacuuming process until it is finished, blue indicator is off.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  1.  Before cleaning the vacuum sealer, please turn off the vacuum sealer and unplug the power cord.
  2.  Do not immerse the vacuum sealer in water or other liquid.
  3.  Wipe the surface and vacuum channel with a piece of damp cloth or sponge after the vacuum sealer is cooling down.
  4.  Do not use a brush to clean the vacuum sealer, it may scratch the surface.
  5.  During the vacuum sealing process, small amounts of liquids, crumbs or food particles can be inadvertently pulled into the vacuum channel. Empty the vacuum channel after each use with a piece of cloth or paper.
  6.  After each use, place the paper stand between the upper lid and lower lid to prevent sealing foam compression.

Troubleshooting

To quickly solve your problems and to prevent improper using and settings, please follow operations below. If your problems or enquiry cannot be eliminated after reading the table, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Problems Solution
Vacuum sealer does not work 1.  Make sure vacuum sealer is plugged in, make

sure wall outlet is functional.

2.  Make sure the power cord and the vacuum sealer are not defective. For your safety, do not operate defective vacuum sealer.

Vacuum pump is running, but bag cannot be completely vacuumed or cannot be sealed.| 1.   Adjust the bag and try again. Make sure the open end of the bag is down inside the vacuum channel.

2.  Check the sealing foam are loose or tearing. You may take out the sealing foam and change it, clean it and re- insert it.

3.  Check for food debris around seal area and heat strip.

 | Remove the food debris. Make sure the heat strip is inserted it.

4.   Make sure the vacuum sealer is locked properly during operating process.

5.  Make sure on end of bag is fully sealed.

After vacuumed, the air re-entered the bag.| 1.   Examine the seal, a wrinkle along the seal may cause air to-re-enter the bag. To prevent wrinkles in the seal, gently stretch bag flat while inserting bag into vacuum channel and re- seal the bag.

2.   Sometimes moisture or food materials (such as juices, crumbs, powders, etc…) along seal prevents bag from sealing properly. Cut bag open, wipe top inside of bag and re-seal.

3.  Examine the food materials, if moisture or liquid arise from these food materials, cut bag open and re-seal, or change into a new bag.

4.     For juicy, freeze it before vacuum sealing is recommended.

Bag cannot be sealed properly.| 1.   The overheating heat strip will melt the bag. Please lift the lid and let the heat strip cool down for few minutes.

2.   Wrinkle and moisture or food materials along seal prevents bag from sealing well.

3.   In general, always wait 20 seconds between seals.
