  3. Secure the collar loop (D) to the mounting plate (B) using pliers to tighten the locknut.
  4. Attach the canopy (E) to the collar loop (D) and secure it with the collar ring (F).
  5. Determine the desired overall length and amount of chain (H) needed. Shorten the chain using chain pliers, keeping the extra chain.
  6. Attach the chain (H) to the collar loop (D) and fixture loop (I) using quick links (G). Secure the quick links (G).
  7. Hang the fixture cluster (J) to the hook on the bottom of the fixture loop (I), then pass the fixture wires through the hole in the fixture frame.
  8. Thread the fixture wire and ground wire through the chain (H). Cut excess wires when you reach the collar loop (D), leaving enough wire to reach the junction box.

  10. Loosen the collar ring (F) and carefully let the canopy (E) slip down the chain (H).
  11. Twist all fixture wires together and slip them through the center hole of the collar loop (D). Untwist the wires and separate them to prepare for connection.
  12. Wrap the fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw and tighten it.
  13. Continue the fixture ground wire and connect it to the supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using a wire nut (A). Ensure proper grounding.
  14. Connect the fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using a wire nut (A).
  15. Connect the fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using a wire nut (A). Be cautious not to reverse the hot and neutral connections.
  16. Ensure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck them into the junction box.
  17. Install the canopy (E) to the collar loop (D) and secure it with the collar ring (F).
