Important: PTron Studio Pixel is set at 60% default volume. Please adjust the volume through this Headset or connected device.

Power On & Pairing

  1. Long Press the Power button until Multiple LED light blinks alternatively to Enter Pairing mode.
  2. Open the Bluetooth function on your Device and Search for the Available Bluetooth devices.
  3. Click on ‘Tron BT’ to connect.
    Note: The button with a circle is Power On/Off button.

Power Off

Press the Power button until LED multiple lights blink & Turn Off.
Bluetooth Connectivity – Automatic
Just Turn On the Wireless Headset. It will Automatically Connect to the Last Connected Device.
Note: The last connected smart device must be On, Bluetooth function must be On, and must be within 10 meters of wireless range from this Headset.
Instant Voice Assistant Activation
Triple click Power button to Awake your Phone’s Voice Assistant.

Modes, Aux Port & Multiple Lights

  1.  Music & Gaming mode – Single Press the Mode button ‘M’ to change the modes.
  2. Aux Port – Plug the Aux cable with the Headset & connect it to your device. After aux connection Headset will automatically turn off in 3 sec and now you can enjoy music and call in power off mode.
  3. Multiple RGB Light – Long press the Mode button ‘M’ to turn off/turn on the multiple LED lights of the Headset.
    Note: The button with the letter ‘M’ is the Mode button.

Call & Music Functions
Answer/Hangup a Phone Call: Press the Power button once.
Reject a Phone Call: Long Press Power button for 2 seconds.
Music Play/Pause: Press the Power button once.
Next Song: Long Press the “+” button.
Previous Song: Long Press “-” button.
Volume Up: Single Press the “+” button.
Volume Down: Single Press the “-” button.
Re-dial: Press the Power button Twice in Standby mode.
Note: The button with a circle is Power On/Off button.

Charging the Headset

  1. Turn Off the Headset before Charging.
  2. Connect the Type-C End of the Charging cable to the charging port given in the Headset.
  3. Connect the USB end of the Charging cable to a Power Source such as a USB Charger or other Charging Devices of 5V Output.
  4. Red LED light will be Steady during Charge. Once the Headset is Fully Charged, the Red LED indicator will Turn Off.
  5. Unplug the Headset from the Charging cable.

Troubleshooting Scenario 1: Connectivity Issue

  1. Turn OFF the Headset and charge 100%.
  2. Unpair with the connected Bluetooth device.
  3. Restart the Bluetooth device.
  4. After 100% charging switch ON the Headset and pair it with the Bluetooth device again.

Troubleshooting Scenario 2: Headset Disconnecting During a Phone Call

  1. The headset must be 100% charged before use (low battery can also cause call drops).
  2. Unpair the Headset with your connected device and restart the device.
  3. Pair the Headset again.
    Note: This Headset has up to 10 meters of wireless transmission range in an open space. Going beyond the wireless range may cause disconnection.

Troubleshooting Scenario 3: Mic Not Working Properly

  1. Unpair the Headset from the connected device and restart the Bluetooth device.
  2. Switch ON the Headset and pair it again with the Bluetooth device.
  3. Please check for the network for mic issues, when the network is low mic performance goes down.
  4. The distance between the Headset and the connected device must be within 10 meters.
  5. Allow the mobile setting to use the headset’s mic.
  6. Keep the boom mic in your mouth direction.

Safety Precautions

  1. Please keep this device away from extreme heat, liquids, humidity, or corrosive environment.
  2. Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of the battery.
  3. Using incompatible USB cables or high-voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A charger & the USB cable included in the package.
  4. This product or the Bluetooth function should not be used during charging.
  5. Don’t jam the ports such as the charger port, LED port, etc.
  6. It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend the product service life.
  7. Please don’t open/temper the product or the product’s battery.
  8. Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
  9. Dispose of the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
