Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the heating pad to a 12V power supply.
- Select the desired heating level by using the buttons labeled “rk” and “ye”.
- Press the “gn” button to start heating.
- The heating pad will automatically shut off after 2 seconds on the HI setting.
- To turn off the heating pad manually, press the “gn” button again.

WARNING!
Failure to obey these warnings could result in death or serious injury.
Electrocution hazard
- This heating pad must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the device.
- Do not operate the heating pad if it is visibly damaged.
- If this heating pad’s power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent safety hazards.
- This heating pad may only be repaired by quali-fied personnel. Improper repairs can lead to considerable hazards.
- Do not use the heating pad in wet conditions or submerge in any liquid. Store in a dry place.
Risk of asphyxiation
- The cable and control unit of the device can give rise to risks of entanglement, strangulation, trip-ping or treading if not correctly arranged. The user shall ensure that excess ties and power cables shall be arranged in a safe way.

Risk of injury
- Do not use the device while sleeping.
- This device can be used by children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years under supervi-sion and with the control always set to minimum temperature value.
- This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children under the age of 3 years are not to use this device due to their inability to react to over-heating.
- This pad is not to be used by or on an invalid, sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended.
- The heating pad must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable per-sons who are unable to react to overheating.
- Do not use the heating pad on areas of insensi-tive skin or directly on bare skin.
- Burns can occur regardless of control settings, check the skin under the heating pad frequently.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
NOTICE!
Damage hazard
- Check that the voltage specification on the data plate corresponds to that of the energy supply.
- Do not place the device near naked flames or other heat sources (heaters, direct sunlight, gas ovens etc.).
- Do not use any blankets, cushions or other cov-ers on the heating pad.
- Do not place heavy objects on the heating pad. Avoid sharp folds.
- Do not insert any sharp objects into the heating pad (e.g. safety pins or other metallic means).
- Never pull the plug out of the socket by the cable.
- Do not use the cable as a handle.
- Loop the cable loosely when storing, tight wrap-ping may damage the cable and internal parts.

Intended use
The heating pad is intended to warm your body or certain individual parts of
the body.
The heating pad is not intended for
- Commercial or industrial use
- Medical use in hospitals, medical practices, etc This product is only suitable for the intended pur-pose and application in accordance with these instructions.
This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Poor installation and/or improper operat-ing or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory per-formance and a possible failure.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any injury or damage to the product resulting from:
- Incorrect assembly or connection, including excess voltage
- Incorrect maintenance or use of spare parts other than original spare parts provided by the manufacturer
- Alterations to the product without express per-mission from the manufacturer
- Use for purposes other than those described in this manual
Dometic reserves the right to change product appearance and product specifications.
Technical description
- The heating pad is equipped with an automatic shut-off function. This switches off the heat supply after approx. 45 min. of continuous operation.
- The heating pad is fitted with a safety thermostat that regulates the heat and prevents overheating of the heating pad by automatically switching off the heating pad as soon as the maximum temperature of 55 °C is reached.
Using the heating pad
CAUTION! Risk of injury
- Before each use, test the temperature with the back of your hand.
- Prolonged use at the highest level may cause burns. Set the heating pad to the lowest setting (Low) for continuous use.
- If you feel any pain, switch off the device immediately.
NOTE
Ensure that the capacity of the mobile power supply (e.g. USB-Powerbank)
matches the required capacity of the heating pad.
- Proceed as shown to use the heating pad (fig. 3, to Fig. 4).

Cleaning and maintenance
CAUTION! Electrocution hazard
- After cleaning, wait until the heating pad is completely dry before plugging in and connecting to the power sup-ply. Do not use or store when damp!
- Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out by unsupervised children.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
- Allow the heating pad to cool down completely before cleaning, folding or storing.
- Do not wash the heating pad in the washing machine or under running water.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not use sharp or hard objects or cleaning agents for cleaning as these may damage the product.
- Examine the device frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs, if the device has been misused or does not work, return it to the supplier before switching it on again.
- Clean the heating pad regularly and as soon as it becomes dirty with a dry soft brush or a damp cloth.
Replacing the fuse
- To replace the fuse proceed as shown (fig. 5).
Troubleshooting
Problem
- The heating pad does not work. The power button does not illuminate.
- The heating pad does not work. The power button illuminates.
- The heating pad switches off.
Possible reason
- The heating pad does not receive any power.
- The heating pad does not receive enough current.
- The automatic shut-off function has responded.
- Risk of overheating!
The safety thermostat has responded.
Solution
- Check that the plug is fully inserted into the power source.
- Check that the adapter is fully connected.
- Plug in another device to check the correct operation of the power source.
- Check that the voltage supply provides a sufficient current (see chapter “Technical data”).
- Switch on the heating pad again.
- Allow the heating pad to cool down completely before switching on again.
Disposal
- Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins wherever possible.
- Consult a local recycling center or specialist dealer for details about how to dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable disposal regulations.
- The product can be disposed free of charge.
