The Claro powered by Android TV TM is a set-top box that allows you to stream content and access various apps and services on your TV. It comes with a remote control for easy navigation and control. The box supports various video and audio formats, and it has built-in Wi-Fi for internet connectivity.

Product Usage

  1. Read the user manual thoroughly before operating the TV box.
  2. Safety Instructions:
    • Avoid touching the power adapter with wet hands.
  3. Check the package contents upon opening:

  4. Hardware Structure:
    • Front Panel: Display and control buttons
    • Left Side Panel: TF card slot, USB port
    • Right Side Panel: USB port
    • Rear Panel: HDMI port, Ethernet input port, power source port
  5. Using the Remote Control:
    • Power On/Off: Press the power button
    • Navigation: Use the arrow buttons to move up, down, left, and right
    • Enter/Confirm: Press the enter button
    • Playback Control: Use the rewind and play/pause buttons
  6. Connect the TV Box to your TV:
    • Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the TV Box and the other end to an available HDMI input on your TV.
  7. Connect to Power:
    • Plug the power adapter into a power outlet.
    • Connect the other end of the power adapter to the power source a port on the TV Box.
  8. Connect to the Internet:
    • For a Wi-Fi connection, go to the settings menu on the TV Box and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter the password if prompted.
    • For a wired connection, connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet input port on the TV Box and the other end to your router or modem.
  9. Enjoy streaming content and accessing apps on your TV using the Claro powered by Android TV TM.

  • Keep the product in a horizontal position. Do not place heavy objects on top of the TV box.
  • Use the power adapter provided by the manufacturer. Do not use the damaged power cord or plug.
  • Avoid touching the power adapter with wet hands.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the TV box by yourself to avoid electric shock or damage.
  • Please keep the TV box away from any heat source to avoid damage.
  • Keep the device in a dry and well-ventilated area, away from dust that could cause fire or electric shock.
  • Quickly turn off and unplug the device’s power adapter if the device emits smoke or an unpleasant odor.
  • Please unplug the power adapter from the device when it is not in use for long periods of time.

Instructions

  • Indicator light: You pressed any button and the indicator light turns on.
  • Bluetooth Pairing: Pressed “OK” and “Volume Down” buttons together on your remote for 10 seconds;
  • Voice Search – Just say what you want to see with voice search.

System connection

See the instructions below to connect the TV, power, network, and other devices.

Step 1: Connect with the TV

  • Connect the HDMI/AV cable to the HDMI/AV port of the TV box and the TV.

Step 2: Connect to the network

  • Use the Ethernet cable to connect the LAN port of the TV box and the Ethernet port or router of your home broadband network.

Step 3: Connect with the power

  • Connect the power adapter to the TV box. Once powered on, it can start automatically.

Step 4: Set up your device

  • Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your device.
