Part A: Fasten Part A to the ends of Parts D,using H parts as shown.
Figure 1: Part A, D, and H assembly -
Part F and G: Fasten Part F to the smaller hole using Part G. Then, using Part H, hold the other side in place. Ensure that Part G and F are assembled correctly as shown in the close-up photo.
