Loop Recording & Auto Lock

1. Even if the loop recording feature of the Dashboard Camera is set on, please lower the sensitivity of the G-sensor to Low or turn it off to prevent the video file from being easily stuck when your vehicle brakes.
2. When the automobile impacts, the file will automatically lock. The Dashboard Camera will automatically switch off when it displays the message “SD card FULL” to serve as a reminder for you to format the card and reset it. Please do the following actions to fix the problem: a. Disable the parking mode, motion detection, and G-sensor. b, If you need to save a video without it being overwritten, please utilize the Lock feature.

Installation

1. Way 1: Connect the rear camera cable’s RED wire to the positive lead of the car’s reversing light (12–24V) if it doesn’t already have one and you require dash cam reverse assistance functionality.
   When you reverse your vehicle, the dash cam will provide a full-screen back image with a dotted line for reversing.

2. Way 2: If your automobile already has a built-in monitor for the reversing system, there is no need to connect the red wire from the rear camera to the reverse light.

Note
A cigarette lighter connector is required to provide continuous power to this dash camera. And if you want to charge it, you should use our dash camera charger; otherwise, the back camera may not function as intended. The recorder’s safety voltage and current are 5V and 1A to 3A, respectively.

Yes, I connected mine to my car stereo and it works just fine.

What is the maximum size of sd card to be used in this?

Better use a 64G sd card, if using 128G is afraid of poor quality of the sd card or easy incompatibility, it is best to use max 64G for our car dash camera Actually, we are not only the seller but also the supplier of some other dash camera sellers.

Can the back camera be used for backing up only?

The rear cam can record also, long Press the up button to find the rear cam file when you at playback mode.

Is the view good through tinted windows?

Yes, I don't have any issues with tinted windows.

How do i get an obd power cable?

Comes with it, and plugs into the cigarette lighter via USB.

Can I know more about the lock file function of the recorder?

The file will be locked auto when the car is hit/shocked, the lock file can not be deleted auto, so better to clear the sd car after a time.
