Biuone A20 Dash Cam for Cars
Please read this manual carefully before using and keep it well for future reference.
NOTICE
- To ensure uninterrupted use of the device, please connect it to the car charger while recording to avoid sudden shutdown due to insufficient battery.
- Please power the device with the car charger provided.
- Make sure the camera lens is clean and not blocked.
- It is recommended that you perform a pre-installation test to ensure the device is in good condition.
- DO NOT leave the product where the temperature may exceed 70°C(160″ F) for a long time to prolong its service life.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Important
- Power off the engine of the car before installing the dash camera.
- Before the first use, please insert a class 10 microSD card (up to 128G) into the dash camera and format it.
- Please make sure the place where you install the dash camera must not obstruct your view.
Step 1: Install the Suction Cup/3M Adhesive Stand into the Dash Camera.
- Install with the Suction Cup provided.
- Align the end of the Suction Cup with the mounting hole, then insert and slide it inside.
- Install with the 3M Adhesive Stand provided.
Align the end of the 3M Adhesive Stand with the mounting hole, then insert and slide it inside.
Step 2
Fix the Dash Camera onto the front windshield.
- Clean the windshield with the cleaning cloth provided.
- Move the buckle to lock position to firmly fix the suction cup on the windshield.
Step 3
- Connect the USB connector of the Car Charger to the dash camera, then plug the other end into the Cigarette Lighter Receptacle in the vehicle.
Note
- To make your car neat and organized, we suggest that you fix the cable of the car charger over the edge of the windshield with the Adhesive Cable Clips provided
- The rear camera should be installed above the number plate, screw pad upward, connect the red power cable to the reverse lamp wire positive lead.
- Route the camera cable to the front of the car, and connect the rear camera to the main device. There are 2 pictures for reference.
GET STARTED
Power On/Off
- Option 1: Once the dash camera is connected to power via the car charger, it will power on automatically when you start the engine
- Option 2: Press and hold the Power Button for around 3s to power on/off the Dash Camera. The language is set to English by detault, please go to System Setting> Language to select your language.
Tip: The dash camera can work around 10 minutes with the built in battery if disconnected with power. It is strongly recommended to use the dash camera with power connected.
Screen On/Off
- Simply press the Power Button once to turn the screen off when the Dash Camera is ON; press it again to wake it up.
FUNCTION OVERVIEW
Video Mode
After the dash camera is powered on, it will enter Video Mode by default.
- Press OK to start recording: press again to end and save.
- A flashing red dot on the upper left corner of the display indicates the view from the dashcam is being recorded into the microSD card.
- Shortly press to change the front or rear camera.
- Press to lock the current video and store it as a protected file when recording.
Capture Mode
- In video mode, press M once to enter Capture Mode.
- Press to capture one photo.
Playback Mode
In capture mode, press M once to enter Playback Mode.
- Check the videos/photos saved
- Press to view all the videos/photos saved.
- Press ok to play/pause the video saved.
- Delete the videos/photos saved
- Step 1: In playback mode, select the file to play, and then press OK to select continue playing and delete
- Step 2: Select the file to play or delete through the up and down keys
- Lock or unlock videos/photos saved
- Locked files cannot be deleted locally, but only through the app.
File Transfer
- Option 1: Remove the microSD card from the Dash Camera, then connect it with a computer via a card reader(not supplied) to make file transfer.
- Option 2: Directly connect the Dash Camera with a computer via a USB cable, select Mass Storage on the camera to use it as a U disk.
SETTINGS
Video Setting
- In video mode, press once to enter Video Setting.
Resolution
- The video resolution is set to 1080 P by default. Other available options are 1080FHD, 720P.
Loop Recording
- Change the recording time of each video. The recording time is set to 3 Minutes by default. You can choose from 1 Minute, 3 Minutes.
Audio Recording
- Turn ON/OFF the microphone when recording.
G-Sensor
Sets different G-sensor sensitivity of collision detection when driving. You can select from Low, Middle, High and OFF as needed When the dash camera is recording if the car encounters a collision, the current video will be locked. Select High/Low implies the dash camera will lock the current video when the car encounters a minor/severe collision.
Parking Monitor
Setting to ON implies when parking(the camera is off), the dash camera will automatically start recording a video for around 20s when the car encounters a collision. The video is locked and will not be overwritten.
Format
- Sets to format the microSD card inserted. Please note that all the files in the card will be lost.
Reset to Default
- Sets to reset the camera to factory default.
Date/Time
- Sets Date/Time that shows on the lower left corner of the display screen. Press to decrease and to increase the value, then press OK to move to the next option.
Motion Detection
If the camera is powered on and not recording, it will automatically start recording a locked video for around 20s when it detects a moving object. It is recommended that you disable this function when driving to avoid recording unnecessarily locked videos.
Beep Sound
- Turn on/off the button sound.
Language
- Sets the language that displays on the screen.
Screen Saver
- Sets a time duration, after which the device will screen off to save battery. Options are 1 Minute, 3 Minutes and OFF.
Version
- To check the version of the camera. It may be needed if technical support is needed.
WiFi Connect
- Step 1: scan QR code and download app “honour robot”
- Step 2: long press the mode key to start WiFi
- Step 3: view the WiFi name and password in the host version information
- Step 4: in mobile phone settings, select the corresponding WiFi name and password in WLAN to connect
- Step 5: open app “honor robot.
SPECIFICATIONS
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
- Q1: The dash camera stops recording after a period of time?
- Please check if the microSD card is full of locked videos. If yes, please erase the unnecessary videos or format the microSD card.
- Make sure the “Loop Recording” function is activated to prevent the dash camera from stopping recording once the space of the microSD card is full.
- Q2: The microsD Card can’t be read, or there is an error when after it is installed in the dash camera?
- Make sure the microSD Card is installed correctly.
- Go to System Settings > Format to format the microSD card.
- Try another Class 10 microSD Card with a well-known brand, such as SanDisk, Kingston, Samsung etc..
- Q3: The dash camera is restarted automatically?
- Please check if the USB cable is in poor contact
- Remove the microSD card to see whether it’s caused by the microSD card.
- Insert a pin into the Reset Hole to make a factory reset.
- Q4: A pause or frame skipping occurs when playing the videos or photos?
- Try another Class 10 microSD card with a well-known brand and format it.
- Try to use the media player that can decode H264 compressed.
- Q5: The video recorded in the microSD card is blurry or shows strips?
- Please check whether the lens of the dash camera is dirty.
- Please take off the protective film of the lens.
- Please check whether the windshield of the vehicle is clean enough.
- Please set the correct Light Frequency according to your country or geographical region.

- The symbol indicates DC voltage.
