Product Usage Instructions
- This children bed is specifically designed for hospitalized children patients or others in need of some form of health care.
- Please read this manual carefully and follow the installation and usage steps.
- The user should have knowledge of the user’s manual and follow all the cautions mentioned.
- Installation Instruction:
- Ensure the bed surface is placed on the support frame of the headboard and footboard.
- Fix the bed surface using M8*20 outer hexagon bolts.
- Connect the chassis to the bed frame using M8*85 outer hexagon bolts and locking nuts.
- Fix the gas spring to the bed frame using M10*40 outer hexagon bolts.
- Attach the guardrail to the gas spring and clip it to the bed frame.
- Install the top cover on all four corners of the bed.
- Weight and Safety:
- This bed is not suitable for patients weighing less than 10 kg.
- The maximum recommended patient weight is 145 kg.
- The safe working load, including the patient weight, mattress, and accessories, should not exceed 170 kg.
- Maintenance:
- Perform regular safety inspections every six months to ensure the connections are not loose and all operations are normal.
- For recycling, when the baby crib frame ages, the metal and plastic parts can be recycled.
- Avoid scratching the panel with sharp-angle appliances or knives, and clean it frequently to keep it clean and dry.
- If the panel is stained, clean it without using alkaline or corrosive chemicals to prevent rusting of the stainless steel surface.
- Regularly check the casters to avoid damage, and do not force the casters to brake to prevent damage to the brake system.
- Inspect the tire surface of the wheels visually for wear and tear.

The manual children bed is a bed specially designed for hospitalized children patients or others in need of some form of health care.

Please carefully read this manual and strictly follow the steps before installing and using. We require all users to have the knowledge of user’s manual and all the cautions.
- This manual is applicable to CX2x Children bed. It contains the installation method, operating instructions and maintenance check points.
- The graphics in this manual are for users’ reference only. In actual use, please refer to the real object.
- This user manual includes the description, instruction, maintenance and technical parameters of the product.
- Any questions, please contact the after-sale service center or distributor. Anyone using or operating this product should read and comply with it.
- Except for some unexpected situations, users are required to be familiar with the usage and precautions.

This bed is not suitable for patients weighing less than 10 kg. The maximum recommended patient weight is145 kg.
The safe working load is calculated as follows:
- Maximum patient weight: 145kg
- Mattress: 5kg
- Accessories (including attached loads): 20kg
- TOTAL: 170kg
- Bed frame installation
- Put the bed surface on the support frame of the headboard and the footboard, and fix it with M8*20 outer hexagon bolts (8 in total)
- Chassis installation
- The hole pointed out by arrow is fixedly connected with M8*85 outer hexagon bolts and M8 locking nuts (4 in total)
- Gas spring and guardrail installation:
- Fix the gas spring to the bed frame as shown in the figure, and fix it with 4 M10*40 outer hexagon bolts
- Insert both ends of the guardrail into the gas spring, andclip it to the bed frame from top to bottom.
- Top cover installation:
- Install the top cover on four corners.

- When assembling step 3, the gas spring screw cannot be locked, and a gap of 5±1MM should be reserved so that the gas spring can adjust the position by itself, see Figure 2

STAINLESS STEEL BABY CRIB-MAINTENANCE
- In order to use the baby crib safely, it is necessary to perform regular safety inspections on the baby crib. It isrecommended to check it every six months to ensure that the connections are not loose and all operations arenormal.
- When the baby crib frame ages and it reaches a certain servicing time, which the metal part of the baby crib andplastic parts of the baby crib frame can be recycle.
- Avoid scratching the panel with sharp-angle appliances or knives during use, and clean it frequently to keep it cleanand dry.
- If the panel is accidentally stained with stains, it is recommended to clean it. Do not use alkaline or corrosivechemicals to clean the baby crib, which will cause the stainless steel surface to rust.
- Regularly check the casters to avoid hitting or overloading, which will cause damage to the casters.
- It is forbidden to force the casters to brake when braking, which will cause damage to the brake system.
- The wear of the tire surface of the wheel can be detected by visual inspection. Some thread spun yarn and otheraccumulations may be wrapped around the wheel, remove the bolts and nuts of the wheel, clean up the debris, andcheck whether the bearing of the wheel is damaged. If the parts are not damaged, can be reassembled and used.
- Judging whether the caster is replaced according to the time used, wear and tear, you can replace the wheels and make sure that the axles bolt and nuts are well put together and connected. If possible, use a lock washers or locknuts to help you with this process.
- For the casters equipped with brakes, it is necessary to regularly check whether the brakes are working properly. Check the brakes once a day or before each use. For a baby crib equipped with multiple brake casters, only one brake caster can be locked at a time which will allow you to try and push the baby crib also check whether one of the brake performance of each caster is good. If the function of the brake fails due to wear or damage to the wheels, immediately replace the wheels and then retest the brake system.
- If the mechanism of the brake system of the caster is damaged, and the brake needs to be repaired or replaced, please contact our after-sales service department or authorized dealer provide by our company. Every time the brakes are replaced, the brake performance of the casters must be retested.
PACKAGING, TRANSPORT, STORAGE
- The packaging of baby crib is carried out according to the contract or product standard.
- Avoid rushing out, violent vibration, and protection from sunlight and rain during the transportation of the baby crib.
- The stainless steel baby crib should be stored:
- Ambient temperature: -10°C ~ +40°C.
- Relative humidity: ≤ 85%.
- Atmospheric pressure: 70 kPa ~ 106 kPa.
