I assume you mean can you project an image down on the cookie to outline what you want to put on it It would probably work, I've used it to project a map onto a table, but it isn't crazy bright so you'll want a space that can be at least darkish.

Mine takes an AC cord straight into the projector. The power supply is inside the unit.

The mounting screw is standard size and will fit basically any reputable tripod. I went into a store and bought the cheapest one that wasn't designed to hold a phone on a table.
can this use with iphone 14 pro max? or it need a separate cable for it?
Just make sure you have the correct cord end for your phone and the projector.
Is it possible to power this projector with power bank 5v or something similar?
No. It uses a 48w power supply so you need to plug it into the wall.

Yes, it can! As long as the laptop has HDMI output.
