Let’s set up the device together

1. Download AlfredCamera app on the App Store/Google Play. Launch the app, then Sign In or **Create a New Account.

2. Power on the device and wait for the Status LED to slowly blink green. If the light is not shown correctly, please reset the device.
   

3. Tap Add a Camera and follow the app instructions to set up your device.

Mounting the camera

1. Place the alignment sticker where you would like to place the camera.

2. Use a 8mm drill bit to drill two 25mm deep holes as indicated on the alignment sticker.

3. Hammer in the plastic wall anchors to support the screws.

4. Attach your camera to the screws by sliding down.

Or place the 3M sticker (Apply on either side) on the mounting stand

What do I do when my device is not working properly?

First, reset and reinstall your device:

• Use a paper clip to press the Reset button next to SD card slot
• Wait until the LED turns solid red

Next, follow these steps during installation:

• Connect your router to the Internet and enable Wi-Fi
• Connect your mobile device to your router’s 2.4G Wi-Fi
• Ensure that your AlfredCam device is in range of the same Wi-Fi network

How do I reset my device to factory settings?

• Use a paper clip to press the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
• Your device will then restart. Wait until you hear ”Ready to pair”.
• Follow the instructions through AlfredCamera app to set up your device again.
