Product Information

The Simple Stripe Massager Gun is a vibrating massager designed for personal use. It provides a deep tissue massage experience to help relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. The massager is equipped with interchangeable heads for different massage techniques and is powered by a rechargeable battery. It comes with safety features to protect against electrical hazards and is suitable for use by adults.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure safety precautions:
    • Keep the massager away from dust and dirt.
    • Do not disassemble or tamper with the device.
    • Use the massager for no more than one hour continuously, and wait for 30 minutes before using it again.
    • The massager should only be operated by adults.
    • Keep the massager out of reach of children.
    • Avoid using the massager on sensitive areas such as genitals, face, eyes, or wounds.
    • Apply the massager on clean, dry skin by lightly pressing and gliding it for approximately 60 seconds on each area.
    • Only charge the massager using the original charger provided.
    • Do not use any other chargers to charge the device.
  2. Consult a doctor before using the massager if you have any of the following conditions:
    • Heart problems
    • Recent surgery
    • Epilepsy
    • Migraine
    • Herniated disc
    • Spinal stenosis
    • Spondylosis
    • Spondylolysis
    • Recent joint replacement
    • Intrauterine device
    • Metal rods or plates
  3. Supervise weak individuals and children when using the massager.
  4. While the mentioned conditions are not an absolute prohibition, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using the massager.
  5. Unpacking and initial use:
    • Remove all protective components from the shipping box.
    • Read the user manual and safety instructions carefully before using the massager.
    • Before the first use, fully charge the device’s battery.
  6. Operating the massager:
    • To turn on the massager, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
    • To turn off the massager, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
    • Note: The device has a built-in 10-minute timer to prevent overheating and excessive use.
  7. Interchangeable heads:
    • Attach the interchangeable heads to the massager when it is turned off by firmly pressing and securing them in place.
  8. Cleaning, maintenance, and storage:
    • Clean the interchangeable heads and massager after each use.
    • Store the massager in a cool, dry place when not in use.

GENERAL SAFETY USE CONDITIONS

  1. To avoid the risk of electric shock, fire or injury, this product must be used in accordance with the following rules:
  2. Do not submerge in water. Keep away from liquids and sources of heat. Protect the ventilation openings from dust and dirt particles.
  3. Do not remove the screws, do not take the device apart.
  4. Do not use continuously for more than an hour. Wait 30 minutes. before using it again.
  5. The device is intended for use by adults only.
  6. Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of the reach of children.
  7. Do not use the device on the following body parts: genitals, face, eyes, surgical wounds, infected, broken skin, damaged bones or joints.
  8. Use only on a clean, dry body surface by lightly pressing and gliding over the body for approximately 60 seconds on one part.
  9. In case of pain or other discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
  10. Only charge with the original power adapter.
  11. Use the power adapter only to charge the device, do not use it for other purposes.
  12. Do not use other power adapters to charge the device.
  13. Do not use the massager or other vibrating devices without consulting a doctor in the following cases: pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or damage to the retina, use of a pacemaker, recent surgery, epilepsy, migraine, herniated disc, spondylolisthesis, spondylosis, spondylolysis recent joint replacement, IUD, metal rods or plates.
  14. Weak people and children should be supervised by an adult when using the device.
  15. The above contraindications do not mean a ban on using the massager, however, we recommend consulting a doctor first.

UNPACKING AND FIRST USE

  1. Package Contents: vibration massager, 6 replaceable massager heads, 2 massage belt attachments (massage heads and handle), vibration belt, massage belt, 2 massage blocks, manual.

  2. Unpacking.
    Remove all security components from the shipping box. Please read this user manual and all safety instructions carefully before use.

  3. Fully charge the device’s battery before using it for the first time.

USER MANUAL

  1. Charging.

  2. Fully charge the battery before using it for the first time.

  3. While the battery is charging, the battery level indicator LEDs will flash. When the battery is fully charged, all 4 LEDs will be blue.

  4. A full charge takes about 4 hours.

  5. When the battery level drops below 10%, the red LED will flash. The device should then be charged.

  6. For safety reasons, do not use the device while it is charging.

  7. To ensure a long life, please charge the device when the red light starts flashing.

  8. Replacing the massage heads.

  9. Remove the caps when the appliance is switched off by pulling and twisting slightly.

  10. Attach the attachments when the device is turned off, pushing firmly until the component is seated.

  11. Attach the vibrating belt holder with the thread, screwing it to the head of the massager as far as it will go. Attach the vibrating belt using the available Velcro to the massager mount and the handle.

  12. ON / OFF.

  13. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.

  14. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

  15. Speed adjustment.

  16. Level 1 will be set by default when the device is turned on.

  17. Each press will increase the speed to a higher level.

  18. When the speed reaches level 6, press again to return the speed to level 1.

  19. Each level (1-6) corresponds to the set speed of the device: (1) 1200rpm, (2) 1520rpm, (3) 1850rpm, (4) 2160rpm, (5) 2500rpm, (6) 2800rpm.

  20. Heating level adjustment.
    The device is equipped with an additional heating function carried out by 2 metal elements located in the lower part of the massager. This function can be used, for example, as a muscle warm-up before a vibration massage.

  21. Level 1 will default to when the heating function is turned on, the heating function will turn off the vibration function at the same time.

  22. Each press of the adjustment button will increase the speed to a higher level.

  23. When the speed reaches level 3, press again to return the speed to level 1.

  24. Each heating level shown on the display (H1, H2, H3) corresponds to the set temperature: H1 – około 40°C, H2 – około 50°C, H3 – około 60°C. Warm-up time to 40°C is approximately 2 minutes

Note: The device is equipped with a 10-minute work timer to avoid muscle and fascia damage caused by over-massage.

HEADS – TYPES

The set is equipped with 5 changeable massage heads:

  1. round (small and large) – for muscle massage, e.g. neck, shoulders, back, upper and lower limbs;
  2. arched – for massage, e.g. thigh and calf muscles;
  3. fork (U-shape) – for massage, e.g. around the spine;
  4. flat – for muscle massage, e.g. neck, shoulders, back, upper and lower limbs, hip muscles;
  5. projectile – for hand massage, smaller muscle parts.

CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

  1. Clean with a slightly damp towel, wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use alcohol or alcohol-containing agents for cleaning. It is allowed to use only a small amount of neutral detergent to clean the device.
  2. Attach the attachments when the appliance is switched off, pressing firmly until the component is firmly seated.
  3. Do not allow liquids to enter the device.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  1. The manufacturer ensures good quality and efficient operation of the equipment for which the warranty card has been issued for the period of: 1 year.

  2. The guarantee repair does not include the activities provided for in the manual, which the Buyer is obliged to perform on his own (installation of the Equipment, maintenance of the Equipment, etc.).

  3. Liability under the guarantee covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the Equipment., In particular, the guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from improper or inconsistent use, storage, maintenance or transport of the Equipment, as well as colour differences between the parts exposed and not exposed to solar radiation, the influence of chemical or abrasive agents, atmospheric pollution or accidental punctures and abrasions, the presence of stains or rings from greasy or dying substances (fats, creams, lotions or oils), permanent staining with dyes such as inks, permanent markers or other non-permanent dyes used in the production of clothing (e.g. dyes used to make blue jeans).

  4. The guarantee does not cover any mechanical damage to the Equipment.

  5. The buyer loses the guarantee rights in the event of:

  6. the Manufacturer states that the Equipment was repaired by entity other than the Authorized Service,

  7. making any design modifications to the Equipment without the prior written consent of the Manufacturer,

  8. using the Equipment contrary to its intended use,

  9. using the Equipment after revealing any defect in it.

  10. Regardless of the loss of the guarantee rights, described above, in point 6, the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to property or caused to third parties, which may be caused by the use of the Equipment covered by the guarantee.

  11. The guarantee does not exclude or limit the rights resulting from the warranty for defects. Exercising the rights under the guarantee does not affect the seller’s liability under the warranty for defects. If the Buyer exercises the rights under the guarantee, the time limit for the exercise of the rights under the warranty for defects is suspended on the date the Manufacturer is notified of the defect. The period runs further from the date of the Manufacturer’s refusal to perform the obligations arising from the guarantee or the ineffective expiry of the time for their performance.

  12. The scope of the guarantee coverage is limited to the territory of the country in which the Equipment was sold.

  13. The Manufacturer shall perform its obligations under the guarantee (removal of defects or damage to the structure of the Equipment arising from reasons inherent in the Equipment, and disclosed during the guarantee period) free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre. If the repair of the Equipment cannot be performed within the above-mentioned period, the Manufacturer shall inform the Buyer of the above, and also indicate the reasons for the delay and the expected date of fulfilment of the recognized guarantee request.

  14. The use of the guarantee rights requires the total (cumulative) fulfilment of four conditions:

  15. presenting a VAT invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase of the equipment to the Manufacturer, photographic documentation of the defective Equipment, together with a brief description of the reasons for submitting a guarantee claim,

  16. reporting the defect within 14 (fourteen) days of its detection,

  17. delivering the Equipment in original packaging at the expense of the Manufacturer, to the address indicated above in the guarantee card or to the address of the Authorized Service Centre,

  18. designation of the place where the Manufacturer delivers the equipment after repairing it (limited to the country in which the Equipment was purchased).

  19.  The guarantee period is extended for the duration of the repair, starting from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the Manufacturer or to the Authorized Service Centre, to the date on which the Equipment was returned to the Buyer.

  20. The responsibility of the Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre is to define the scope and the method of repairing the Equipment.

  21. The guarantee is limited to the repair of the Equipment. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace the Equipment with a non-defective one, if the repair exceeds the price of the Equipment indicated in the proof of purchase. Under the guarantee, the Buyer shall not be entitled to demand that the Equipment be replaced with a new one. The guarantee, in particular, does not cover liability for losses or damages incurred by the Buyer in connection with the fact that one is not able to use the Equipment.

  22. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to the Equipment caused during the performance
    of the transport service by the delivery company until it is collected by the Manufacturer from the delivery company.

  23. If the shipment of the Equipment was ordered by the Manufacturer, the Buyer is obliged to check the technical condition of the Equipment upon its receipt. If the Buyer finds that the Equipment has been damaged during the transport, the Buyer is obliged to:

  24. immediately, not later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, notify the Manufacturer of any damage to the Equipment that occurred during transport, in order to enable the Manufacturer to submit a complaint to the delivery company and pursue related claims,

  25. provide the Producer with a complaint report drawn up between the Buyer and the delivery company.

  26.  The guarantee regulations contained in this document are the sole and exclusive guarantee rules for HABYS limited liability products.
