Product Information
This product is a device that complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. APP download
According to the Mobile phone operating system, download the corresponding APP, Android mobile phone, please use the browser to scan, or through the Google Store, Apple APP store search “COLACAM” download.
Initial operation
- Insert a Micro-SD card with a maximum support of 64G. It is recommended to use a memory card of C6 and above.
- Power on: Press and hold the power button, wait for the red and blue lights to keep flashing (about 20 seconds), the initialization is completed, the blue indicator lights up separately, and the power on is completed.
- Shutdown: Double-click the power button in the state of single light, blue light or red light, and the machine will shut down.
Basic skills:
- The blue indicator light is on, it is the point-to-point mode, the red indicator light is in the network mode. You can switch the point-to-point and network mode by long pressing the M key. Double-click the M button to restore the factory settings.
- There is a TF memory card inside the device. After the device is turned on, the recording will start automatically. Through the APP setting, you can select full-time recording, alarm recording, and camera mode in the recording mode.
- Charging: The charging indicator is on. When the indicator is off, please use the regular manufacturer’s 5V1A charger.
Connection operation
- Power on: The blue indicator lights when the machine is turned on.
- Select phone settings – WLAN – find the hotspot name: COLACAMCAM_PWS8BA (suffix name is different) Password: 12345678
- Open the APP (or refresh the APP), the APP automatically adds the device, and the following picture will appear.
- Click the WiFi icon and a “Wireless Network” drop-down box will appear. Select the router you need to connect to, and then enter the corresponding router password.–Click “Connect” and the device will restart automatically until (about 20 seconds) the remote red light alone. After the light is on (the TF card flashes slowly, no TF card is long), the camera will display the camera online, the device is about 10 meters away from the router, the mobile phone can remotely control the camera, and the COLACAM-***** hotspot is configured successfully. disappear.

APP settings
Night vision, indicator light, resolution, and device breathing lights can be turned on and off via the APP.
The default login password is c1234567, after Login, for your video security, please change the login password in the camera settings.

Precautions
- Long press the power button light does not light, and can not be turned on: Since the device has been left for too long and the battery is exhausted, please charge the device. It takes about 100 minutes to fully charge. When it is full, the charging indicator will be off.
- COLACAM_***** hotspot search does not: Please observe if the back indicator is blue and the light is on separately.
- Remote monitoring is not smooth: First, ensure that the network environment is smooth, and broadband is sufficient, and then select a reasonable video effect according to the actual situation.
- After the device is pushed to the network mode, it is always offline, and the WiFi blue indicator light is also slow.
- Please make sure that the network you are connected to is unblocked, and then confirm whether the entered WiFi password is correct. Note that the password you set is different in case. This device does not support 5G network at present, only supports 2.4G frequency WiFi, and WiFi encryption. Cannot be WEP, the password cannot be empty.
- Please make sure that the device is within 10 meters of the barrier-free distance from the router you are connected to.
- The memory card does not save the file or the file cannot be read. Please format the memory card. Note that formatting the memory card will damage all data on the memory card. Be sure to check if the memory card is actually used abnormally, and then exercise caution.
