Pairing

Auto Pairing
Take out the left and right earphone form charging compartment, The earphones will be automatically on and paring. When pairing success-fully, the right earphone will flash red and blue alternately and the blue light flashes on the left earphone.

Non-automatically earbuds pairing
When auto-pairing failed, or dual earphone discon-nected. Press the touchable button on left and right earphone, to make the earbuds off and on again, the left and right earphone will be connected manually. If putting the earbuds back to the charging case or pairing the earbuds by buttons, neither way is ok to make the earbuds pairing, please long press the but-tons for about 10 seconds to force the earbuds to be off and on again (some kinds of bluetooth solutions support this kind of operation).

Earphones and Mobile Phone Pairing

Do above operation 1 or 2 to pair left and right earphone.
Open Mobile Phone Bluetooth settings.
Search Bluetooth name “T4”, click it to connect.

Right Earphone and Mobile Phone Pairing

Long press the touchable button of the right earphone.
Open Mobile Phone Bluetooth settings.
Search Bluetooth name “T4”, click it to connect.

Left Earphone and Mobile Phone Pairing

Long press the touchable button of the left ear-phone.
Open Mobile Phone Bluetooth settings.
Search Bluetooth name “T4”, click it to connect.

Button Function

On/Off Buttons
Pairing dual earphones: Long press left and right earphone the touchable button for 3 seconds, turn on or off the earphones.

Pairing single earphone: Long press left or right ear-phone the touchable button for 3 seconds to turn on the earphones, enter single earphone pairing. Then long press for 3 seconds, turn off the earphones (when power on, the earphone will flash red and blue alternately. When power off, the light is off).

Answer / Hang Up
When coming call, click the touchable button on the left or right earphone to answer the phone. During the call, click the touchable button on the left or right earphone to hang up the call.

Reject / Call Back
When coming call, long press left or right earphone to refuse the call. Three- click the right earphone touchable button to resume back to the last call, three-click the left earphone touchable button to open the voice assistant.

Play / Pause Music
While playing music, click the touchable button of left or right earphone to play or pause the music.

Last / Next Song Control
When playing, double-click the left earphone touch-able button to switch to the last song; double-click the right earphone touchable button to switch to the next song.

Charging Function

Charging the Charging Box
There is an USB Type C charging cable in the package, you can connect the power adapter for charging.

Charging earphones
Please double check and confirm the charging compartment has sufficient power, then put the ear-phones into the correct position for charging.

Precautions
The product needs to be charged with a premium charging cable, and the cable is connected to a DC5V(1A-2A) power adapter or a 5V (1A-2A) car charger. Recommending to use a power adapter below 2A. It needs about 1~2 hours to do the fully charge.

Please pay attention to the use of high-quality charger or computer port charging for the product, must not use cheap and poor quality charger.
Bluetooth Earphones are affected by the environ-ment and connection distance. Please do not use them in environments with strong electromagnetic interference and radiation.
Please do not put the Bluetooth earphone in the water or beat it, which will cause damage to the product.
If the Bluetooth Earphone is not used for a long time, please charge it monthly to prevent it from starting due to lack of power.
We may upgrade the software, hardware or appearance of this product without notice, please refer to the actual product.

Frequently asked questions

Why bluetooth earbuds can not turn on?

You can check if earbuds is with power or not? if not, please fully charge it before turning it on.
Please long press the power on /off button (the detailed operation, please refer to the manual).

Why bluetooth earbuds signal is not unstable?

Restart the bluetooth earbuds.
Please kindly check the compatibility and calling communication quality of the mobile phone.
Please confirm if the distance between earbuds and phone is too far or there are interference surrounded. If too far or there are interference ,the signal will be unstable.
Please don’t stay in the signal reflective environ-ment.

Why the bluetooth earbuds noise is so big?

Please kindly check the mobile phone’s noise suppression function.
Please kindly check if the bluetooth earbuds and mobiles phone’s distance is too far. If too far, please shorten it and try it again.
Please kindly confirm if there is an electromagnetic radiation surrounding environment.

Why the bluetooth earbuds can’t hear voice?

Please kindly check if the bluetooth earbuds is on mute status.
Please kindly check if bluetooth earbuds and phone are connected well.
Then confirm if the distance between earbuds and phone is too far or there are interference surrounded.

How to charge?

Use the original USB charging cable, one side connect with earbuds, the other side connect with PC/Table/power bank.
Usually it will takes about 2~3 hours to charge.

How to contact with computer?

First check if the computer with bluetooth function or not? if not, please buy a bluetooth adaptor before connection.
Install bluetooth driver into computer.

If the bluetooth earbuds can be upgraded?

Normally bluetooth can not be upgraded, as the bluetooth chipset is ROM chipset.
When upgraded, please operate follow the guide-line, otherwise it may be failed on upgrading.

How to connect earbuds with bluetooth devices (smart phones/tablet)?

Power on, the earbuds will enter into pairing mode.
Turn on the bluetooth function on bluetooth device, search the earbuds model name and click it to pairing.
If need input the password, please input 1234 or 0000.
