Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Install the device on the container door, preferably on the thickest part on the inside. Place it as high as possible, ideally higher than the red mark sometimes present inside the container. Choose the door without the seal on the side, normally on the left.

Step 2: The device will be held in place by a magnet. The magnet will also detect the placement of the tracker and activate it.

Step 3: Close the opposite door, and the seal will complete the installation of the device by securely holding itin place.

Reverse Logistics
If you need to retrieve your trackers at the end of an expedition, you must return them yourself. Here are our recommendations for international returns:

  • Use the HS Code 8526912099 for device returns, which is not subject to custom duties.
  • Returns are still subject to 20% VAT, but this is normally recoverable.
  • A pro forma invoice is required. It is recommended to use a degressive value when the same device is used multiple times.
  • Consider using an average value for easier establishment, but it may be more complicated in terms of justifications in case of control.
  • Group returns of about 10 trackers (2.5kg).
  • The average price for international transport is $45 for 2.5kg, which represents $4.5 per tracker.

Installation instructions

  1. Step 1

    The device will be held by the magnet, which will also detect the tracker’s placement and activate it.

  3. Step 3
    You can then close the opposite door, whose seal will complete the device’s installation by maintaining it safely in place.
