Introduction
Dear customers, thank you for purchasing CHIJWI products. This PC is elaborately manufactured by Chuwi to enable you freely surf on the Internet _ Please read this user manual carefully before using the machine to ensure the proper usage of it! Disclaimer:
- Please be sure to use CHUWI’s original chargers of 12V/2A. For problems or faults caused by not using the original power adapter, the company does not undertake any responsibility.
- PC belongs to the high-tech product, which includes software and hardware. You can use the music, video, pictures or software provided by the third part, but we don’t take any responsibility for the copyright issue or product failure.
- If the product breaks down, we will repair it according to the strict warranty terms. We will take no responsibility for the possible property damage or economic loss caused by the users themselves during usage.
- The device has built-in software, which can be normally used after the actual test at the factory. However, if you find compatibility or other issues of the software, you can delete or ignore it, which will neither have any impact on the machine nor belong to the issue of product quality.
- The company reserves the right to improve or upgrade the products, change the specifications or design! Please take actual product shall prevail.
Please note the following in using:
- Since the machine will consume a lot of power in playing video, WiFi surfing and playing heavy games, resulting in the high temperature of it, so please don’t continuously use the machine for a long time, to avoid the abnormal phenomena such as halted system caused by high temperature.
- Please charge the machine fully around once a week if you don’t use it for a long time, in order to prevent the machine from being too useless to start for a long time,
- LISB line and power charger must use the original one of the company, otherwise there may be a phenomenon that the battery can not be charged.
- Please charge the machine under the following circumstances: A, the battery ICONS shows no electricity B, Automatic shut down or incapability of being turned on,
- If the performance of the machine needs to be upgraded, please enter Chuwi’s official website to download the latest firmware and upgrade the machine according to the instructions,
In the course of using the machine, the TFT LCD display sometimes appears
bright spots (white, black, red or green) with a diameter of about 0.2 mm.
This is a normal phenomenon of active matrix TFT LCD display, and it is not a
fault of machine or display. The main reason for bright spots is: TFT LCD
displays large and delicate color images, requiring up to hundreds of
thousands of pixels throughout the display screen, whose pixels are 1200
(X)*234 (Y (280,000 pixels). This phenomenon occurs when each pixel approaches
or overlaps, so Toshiba, Panasonic, Hitachi, Sharp, and other companies
generally stipulate that LCD screens with three bright dots whose diameter is
less than 0.2mm are qualified products.

Instructions
The way to turn on the machine is to press the button. Please press the power button to turn on it. Please click “power off” in the OS to turn off the machine. Pressing the power button for several seconds by force to turn off the machine can only be used in special circumstances. What customers need to pay attention is that frequent power-off by force may cause system files missing or crashing of the PC.
The attentions
- Since this PC belongs to the high precision electronic products, please do not disassemble it on your own.
- Please avoid a strong throw or a collision of the machine.
- Please avoid using the machine in the environments of high/low temperature, humidity, dust, strong magnetic field and long-term exposure to the sun.
- Gently wipe the case of the machine With the wrung-out cotton cloth. Don’t clean it with chemical solution.
- Avoid droplets or splashes on the machine.
- Don’t place it beside a full g ass of water or other liquid. Please use an appropriate volume to avoid hearing impairment.
- Please use the battery, power adaptor and other accessories allowed by manufacturers.
- Use any other type of accessories would violate the warranty ordinance, and lead to possible failure.
- Please keep the machine connected in the formatting, uploading or downloading process, otherwise, the program error may appear.
- Please dispose of abandoned machines and accessories in accordance with loca environmental regulations.
- If you have any question about the machine, please contact the local dealer or directly contact our company’s customer service center.
- For those erasing memory loss caused by product damage, maintenance or other reasons, our company does not pay any responsibility
- Please refer to the manual for standardized operation.
- Because of the large charging voltage and current required by the machine, after connected to other devices, it can only be used for storage and copying. Charging can only be conducted with the original charger.

The solution to common problems

Incapability o being turned on.
a. Check whether the battery is fully charged.
b. Check the machine again after being connected with a power adapter.
C. If it is still unable to boot after charging, please contact our distributors. -
Incapability of being connected to WIF
a. Please confirm whether there is a WiFi hotspot.
b. Make sure the machine is connected to WiFi( to enter the settings interface).
C. Please check the WiFi signal strength and the permission for connection.
