VICOUSTIC 595x100x156mm Flexi Wave Ultra
Flexi Wave Ultra Product Information
The Flexi Wave Ultra is a sound absorbing panel designed to reduce echoes and reverberation in rooms. It comes in two sizes: 595x100x156mm and 1190x100x156mm. The package includes six panels of FlexiWave Ultra, 12 silicone drops, one gauge, 12 VicFix J Profile 80mm x 3.14, wall plugs and screws, and a measuring tape. The VicFix J Profile 2m x 78.7, ceiling gauge x2, and level are not included in the package but can be purchased separately.
Flexi Wave Ultra Product Usage
Vertical Wall Installation
To install the Flexi Wave Ultra on the vertical wall, follow these steps
- Use the measuring tape to determine the correct placement of the panels.
- Drill holes in the wall using the drill and wall plugs provided in the package.
- Insert the VicFix J Profile sections into the holes.
- Place the FlexiWave Ultra panels onto the VicFix J Profile sections.
Note: You can also use the VicFix J Profile 2m (sold separately) for vertical wall installation.
Horizontal Wall Installation
To install the Flexi Wave Ultra on the horizontal wall, follow these steps
- Use the measuring tape to determine the correct placement of the panels.
- Drill holes in the wall using the drill and wall plugs provided in the package.
- Insert the VicFix J Profile sections into the holes.
- Place the FlexiWave Ultra panels onto the VicFix J Profile sections.
Ceiling Installation
To install the Flexi Wave Ultra on the ceiling, follow these steps
- Purchase the VicFix Gauge and VicFix J Profile 2m (sold separately).
- Use the measuring tape to determine the correct placement of the panels.
- Drill holes in the ceiling using the drill and wall plugs provided in the package.
- Insert the VicFix J Profile 2m sections into the holes.
- Place the FlexiWave Ultra panels onto the VicFix J Profile 2m sections.
Note: Do not use the VicFix J Profile sections supplied with the product for ceiling installation. It is recommended to leave some centimeters beyond the last panel to avoid it to loose contact with the VicFix J profile. In countries where earthquakes are likely to happen, it should be applied a blocking element such as a L profile to avoid the last panel to slide off the VicFix J profile. Vicoustic will not take responsibility for any mistakes/limitations occurring during installations or any damages resulting from falling panels.

Step by step ceiling Installation: For Ceiling Installation you must buy the VicFix Gauge and VicFix J Profile 2m.
Please note: For ceiling installation do not use the VicFix J Profile sections supplied with the product. Use the VicFix J Profile 2m, sold separately.
