Product Information

The MX4202 is a product that complies with the conformity requirements of the applicable European regulations or directives. Product Usage Instructions

  • Before using the product, refer to the safety instructions mentioned in the manual.

SAFETY

  • Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
  • Always disconnect the device from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  • Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
  • When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This smell is only temporary and will soon fade.
  • The max operation time per time shall be less than 5 minutes. A minimum 20 minutes of rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.

USE

  • Insert the beaters or dough hooks into place until they are locked.
  • Plug in the appliance.
  • Place the ingredients in an appropriate container. Depending on the quantity to be prepared.
  • Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control knob to the right.
  • Turn the control knob to the right in position “1” till “6” see the attached mixing guide for some recommendations.
  • The appliance is equipped with a turbo button, which allows your appliance to generate more power.
  • When you have finished using it, reset the control knob to position “0”.
  • Unplug the appliance.
  • Eject the beaters or dough hooks by pushing the eject button.

Mixing guide

  • 1 This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter, and potatoes.
  • 2 Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
  • 3 For mixing cakes and quick bread.
  • 4 For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
  • 5 For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping cream, etc.
  • TURBO Same speed “6”

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
  • Never immerse the electrical appliance in water or any other liquid. The appliance is not dishwasher-proof.
  • Wash the beaters and the dough hooks in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry the parts thoroughly. Only these parts are dishwasher safe.
