Product Information

The Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet is a high-quality kitchen fixture designed for easy installation and years of trouble-free performance. The faucet comes with a lock nut, rubber washer, metal washer, and a hose adapter. It also features a hot and cold water supply, an aerator, and a retractable spray hose.

Caution Tips:

• Cover your drain to avoid losing parts.
• The fittings should be installed by a licensed plumber.
• When installing the flexible hose, there should be no torsion or deformation.
• Do not fold the hose into a Shape V or L.
• Do not use if there is any crack or deformation.
• Remove the old faucet and clean the sink surface in preparation for the new faucet installation.

Care Instructions:

To keep your new faucet looking new, clean it periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the finish and void your warranty.

• Silicone sealant
• Phillips screwdriver

Installation Instructions:

Shut off the main water supply before installation.

1. Unscrew screws on the lock nut and remove the lock nut from the faucet body.
2. Install the faucet through the center hole.
3. Slide the rubber washer and metal washer onto the shank and secure the shank with the lock nut using a wrench.
4. Connect and tighten the water supply nuts using an adjustable wrench.
5. Remove the plastic seal cover from the outlet port prior to pushing the hose adapter onto the same port; you will hear a click sound once they are joined.
6. After installing the faucet, remove the aerator and turn on the water to remove any leftover debris. Re-assemble the aerator.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter any issues with your Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

• If the hose does not retract, tighten the locking nut, clean or replace the O-ring, and reinstall the metal weight in the appropriate position.
• If there are leaks from the hose underneath the deck, tighten the connection between the spray head and hose.

6. Attach the weight to cover the weight locator label on the spray hose
7. After installing faucet, remove aerator and turn on water to remove any leftover debris. Re-assemble aerator.
