Product Information
The product is a bicycle that comes with a front fender, strut,handlebar, frame, rear wheel, rear rack setup, front wheel with quick release, pedals, battery charger, multi-tool, Phillips screwdriver, and Allen keys. The bicycle also has a seat and tires. It has a maximum speed of 50 mph and comes with a manual for the monitor display. The bicycle can be registered at sixthreezero.com/register.
Product Usage Instructions
Assemble the bicycle using the following tools:
- Scissors (to cut zip tie)
- Allen keys (4, 5 & 6mm)
- Multi-tool
- Phillips screwdriver
- Bicycle tire pump
The assembly process involves the following steps:
- Attach the front fender and strut using the Phillipsscrewdriver and Allen keys.
- Set up the handlebar, frame, rear wheel and rear rack using the provided tools and instructions.
- Attach the front wheel with quick release.
- Attach the pedals using the multi-tool. The right pedal should be screwed onto the right crank arm clockwise, while the left pedal should be screwed onto the left crank arm counterclockwise.
- Charge the battery using the battery charger.
- Adjust the seat to the desired height and tighten it using the Allen keys.
- Inflate the tires using the bicycle tire pump.
- Test ride the bicycle to ensure everything is working properly.

Caution: Do not drop seat post into bicycle frame. Install seat onto seat post before installing into bicycle frame to prevent dropping seat post down into the frame.

Left Pedal has left hand threads. Turn counterclockwise to install.

Most Sixthreezero bicycles have their serial number stamped into the bottom of the frame below the bottom bracket. You’ll need to lift it up to see underneath, or use dsmart phone to take a photo (with the flash) of the underside. The serial number is located on is the frame behind the chainring. Contact us if you’re having trouble finding the serial number.
