Paxton Installer App – Paxton Rewards Program

Overview

Paxton Rewards is global program that rewards you for buying and installing Paxton products. It’s easy and fun to collect points! Scan your products, and complete activities and achievements to earn points. The more you earn, the higher you climb. From entry-level Paxton Partner to exclusive Platinum Partner level, you’ll unlock more fantastic benefits with every tier.

How do I sign up to become a registered installer?

Download the Paxton Installer app from the App store or the Google Play store.

   

1. Open the Paxton Installer app and click ‘ Sign Up ‘.
2. Enter your email address and click ‘ Register ‘.

3. This will bring up a screen asking you to fill in your contact information.

4. Once you have completed the sign up form, you will be able to continue using the app as a guest whilst your application is verified by Paxton. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a temporary password to login to the Installer app.

Please make a note of your temporary password as you will need it in steps 5 and 6.

5. Open the Paxton Installer app, click ‘ Login ‘ and enter the temporary password.
6. You will now be asked to change your password. Enter the temporary password first, followed by your new password.

7. You are now a registered installer on the Paxton Installer app, and can access the Paxton Rewards program as a Paxton Partner level member.

I am already a registered installer, can I just login?

As a registered installer, you will be able to access the Paxton Installer app without the need to wait for verification from Paxton. However, to sync your registered installer account with the Paxton Installer app you will need to follow the steps below.

Once you have downloaded the Paxton Installer app, open the app and click ‘ Sign Up ‘.

1. Enter your email and click ‘ Register ‘, you will then receive an email with a temporary password to login to the Paxton Installer app.
Please make a note of your temporary password as you will need it in steps 2 and 3.
2. Open the Installer app, click ‘ Login ‘ and enter the temporary password.
3. You will now be asked to change your password. Inserting the temporary password first, followed by your new password.

4. You are now a registered installer on the Paxton Installer app.

How do I earn points?

There are a number of ways for you to earn points to spend through the Paxton Rewards Program: scan products, batch registration of products via Net2, and completing activities and achievements.

Scanning products

When installing our products, you can scan the silver barcode, which will automatically pick up which product you have scanned and the date the guarantee on the product ends.

1. To scan a product you will need to click on ‘ Product registration.

2. This will bring up the scan screen, where you can either manually input the serial number or scan the silver barcode on the product, by clicking on the small barcode icon.

3. Once you’ve scanned a product, a pop up will appear to confirm that your product has been registered and how many points you have earned from scanning the product.

4. Once you click ‘ Dismiss ‘ it will take you back to the Product registration page, here you will be able to see all products you have recently registered. You can click on the product, to see all details.

Batch registration via Net2

Batch registration is perfect for when all of the products have been detected, but you want to register them to gain points on the Paxton Rewards Program.

1. Go into the Net2 software and click ‘ File ‘ and ‘ Import Commissioning File ‘.

2. You will need to click ‘ Batch registration ‘ and a QR code will be generated for you.

3. Using the ‘ Product registration ‘ tile on the Paxton Installer app, scan the QR code. A pop up will appear to confirm that your products are being registered and your points added to your account.

Completing activities

Complete certain activities to earn points, such as attending our free training sessions or submitting a suggestion for a potential case study. Once you complete one of the activities, your account will be updated with the associated number of points.

Completing achievements

Once you have completed certain activities, you will earn an achievement which earns you more points.

Here are the achievements and which activities you need to earn to complete the achievement:

How do I spend my points?

Once you have earned a sufficient amount of points, you can spend them on Paxton products, Branded items or vouchers.

1. To spend your points, click on ‘ Paxton Rewards

2. Click ‘ Spend points

3. The amount of points you have available to spend will be visible at the top of the screen. Here you can spend your points on Paxton products, Branded products or Amazon vouchers.

4. Once you have found the product you would like to spend points on, select the quantity and then click ‘ Add to basket ‘.

5. Once you have added your product(s) to your basket, a little icon will appear to show you its ready in your basket.

6. Click on the basket to view the products you have selected, you will be able to confirm the quantities and your address before clicking ‘ Place Order ‘.

7. A pop up will appear to thank you for your order and advise a copy of your order has been sent to your email.

The email will confirm your order has been received and is being processed.

How can I view my account activity?

1. To view how many points you’ve earned and how many you’ve spent, click on ‘ Paxton Rewards ‘.

2. Click on ‘ Activity ‘.

3. Here you can view how many points you’ve earned from scanning products, batch registering and completing activities and achievements.

You can also see how many points you have spent by clicking on ‘ Spent ‘.

What does my Tier Status mean?

Once you register with the Paxton Installer app, you automatically become a Paxton Partner. Each Tier comes with added benefits, to encourage you to scan products and earn points. Here is the breakdown of what each Tier gives you:

Paxton Partner – 0 points required

  • Listed on Paxton website
  • Paxton Partner badge to help you promote your status as a registered Paxton installer and partner.

Silver Partner – 150 points earned within membership year

  • 50 tier points bonus
  • Elevated listing on Paxton website
  • Silver Partner badge to help you promote your status as a registered Paxton installer and partner.

Gold Partner – 500 points earned within membership year

  • 500 tier points bonus
  • Elevated listing on Paxton website
  • Gold Partner badge to help you promote your status as a registered Paxton installer and partner.

Platinum Partner – 2000 points earned within membership year

  • 2500 tier points bonus
  • Premium listing on Paxton website
  • Exclusive Platinum Partner literature
  • Platinum Partner badge to help you promote your status as a registered Paxton installer and partner.
