Product Information
The Country Manor Playhouse is a children’s toy that requires assembly. It comes with a set of instructions that should be followed carefully to ensure safe usage. The toy is not to be used on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, wood, packed earth or other hard surfaces, as falls could result in head or other serious injuries. The toy contains small parts that could be potentially hazardous, so it should be kept out of the baby’s reach. The toy also comes with safety instructions and care and maintenance guidelines to reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury.

Assembly Instructions:
- Start by assembling the two side panels (A) to the front panel (B) and front panel (C) using screws Z. (Refer to steps 1a and 1b in the manual)
- Assemble the back door support (F) and attach it to the back panel (E) using screws Z. (Refer to steps 2a and 2b in the manual)
- Attach the back panel (E) to the side panels (A) using screws Y and K. (Refer to step 3 in the manual)
- Attach the front roof support (G) and back roof support (H) to the front panel (B) and back panel (E) respectively using screws Z. (Refer to steps 4a and 4b in the manual)
- Attach the back door (D) to the back panel (E) using screws Z. (Refer to step 5 in the manual)
- Attach the hanging basket (O) to the front panel (C) using screws Y. Attach the house sign (P) to the top of the front panel (C) using screws W. (Refer to steps 6a and 6b in the manual)
- Attach the seat legs (J) to the seat panels (K) using screws Y. Attach the seat panels (K) to the side panels (A) using screws Y and J. (Refer to steps 7a, 7b, and 8 in the manual)
- Attach the main door (I) to the front panel (C) using screws Y. Attach the table/window (L) to the front panel (C) using screws Y and U. (Refer to steps 9 and 10 in the manual)
- Attach the front panel bar (N) and back panel bar (M) to the front panel (C) and back panel (E) respectively using screws Z. (Refer to steps 11 and 12 in the manual)
- Attach the roof (R) to the front panel (B), back panel (E), and side panels (A) using screws Z. (Refer to steps 13, 14, and 15 in the manual)
- Attach the roof with window (S) to the roof (R) using screws Z. (Refer to step 16 in the manual)
- Attach the windows (T) to the side panels (A) using screws Z. Attach the sky window (V) to the roof (R) using screws Z. (Refer to steps 17, 18, and 19 in the manual)
- Attach the table leg (U) to the table/window (L) using screws Y. Attach the plastic screw (W) to cover the holes on the table/window (L). (Refer to steps 20 and 21 in the manual)
Care and Maintenance:
- Check all nuts and bolts for tightness and tighten when required
- Oil all metallic moving parts
- Check all coverings and bolts for sharp edges and replace when required
- Check swing seats, chains, ropes, and other means of attachment for evidence of deterioration and replace when required in accordance with the manual

WARNING:
The toy is to be assembled by an adult. In an unassembled state it contains
potentially hazardous small parts, so please keep out of the baby’s reach.
TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY:
DO NOT install this product on a hard surface. Falling onto hard surfaces
could result in head or other serious injuries. Never put on concrete,
asphalt, wood, packed earth or other hard surfaces. Carpet over hard floors
may not prevent injury.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- WARNING : This product is designed for family domestic use only. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This product is designed for normal residential use only and is not intended for use in schools, parks, daycare centers, nurseries, or other public places.
- WARNING : CHOKING HAZARD-Small parts. This product contains small parts and sharp points which are necessary for assembly. Prior to or during the assembly of this product, keep all components out of children’s reach. Small parts pose a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age.
- WARNING. This product is intended for use by children ages 1½ – 5 years.
- WARNING. The maximum weight limit for each seat is 23 kg (50 lbs). Limit one (1) child.
- Adult assembly is required. Phillips / cross-headed screwdriver and hammer (not included) required during assembly.
- Two (2) adults are recommended for assembly.
- Instruct children on proper use of this product, only after properly installed and assembled, and not in any manner other than intended.
- Recommend to place the activity toy on a level surface at least 2 m (6.5 feet) from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines or electrical wires.
- On-site adult supervision is required for children of all ages at all times when on or around this product. Never leave children unattended.
- CAUTION : Observing the following statements and warnings to reduce the likelihood of serious or fatal injury.
- DO NOT allow children to play on this product until it is completely installed.
- DO NOT allow children to stand, walk close to, behind, in front of, or between moving product. Instruct children to keep a safe distance away.
- DO NOT let children use this product in any manner other than intended.
- Dress children appropriately while on and around this product. Use well-fitting shoes that do not have slippery soles. DO NOT allow children to wear ponchos, scarves, hoods, jewelry, loose shoes, loose-fitting clothing, neckties, clothing with loose strings and/or clothing that might be potentially hazardous while using this product.
- Instruct children to remove their bike or other sports helmet before using this product.
- Make sure all parts are securely snapped together before use.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- The owner of this product shall be responsible for maintaining the legibility of the warning labels.
- Check all coverings for bolts and sharp edges and replace them when required.
- Replace defective parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- DO NOT allow children to climb or to play when the product is wet. It may be slippery when wet.
- DO NOT leave this item exposed to strong wind and inclement weather.
- NEVER attach any materials that are not specifically designed for use with this product, such as (but not limited to) jump ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables and chains, these pose a potential strangulation hazard.
- Discard all packaging properly after the unit has been assembled.
- Disassemble and dispose of this product in a safe place and manner so as not to present any hazard to any individual at the item when the product is discarded.
- At the beginning of each season as well as at regular intervals during the usage season:
- check all nuts and bolts for tightness and tighten when required;
- oil all metallic moving parts;
- check all coverings and bolts for sharp edges and replace them when required;
- check swing seats, chains, ropes, and other means of attachment for evidence of deterioration; replace when required in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
- Check metal parts for rust. If found, sand and repaint using a non-lead-based paint meeting the requirements of 16 CFR 1303.
- Twice a month during play season:
- Tighten all hardware.
- Check all protective coverings on bolts, pipes, edges, and corners. Replace if they are loose, cracked or missing.
- Rake and check the depth of loose fill protective surfacing materials to prevent compaction and to maintain appropriate depth. Replace as necessary.
- Once a month during play season:
- Check all moving parts including swing seats, ropes, cables, and chains for wear, rust, or other deterioration. Replace as needed.
- At the end of each play season or when the temperature drops below 32°F/0°C:
- Rake and check the depth of loose fill protective surfacing materials to prevent compaction and to maintain appropriate depth. Replace as necessary.
- Remove the product and store it indoors. In extremely cold weather, plastic materials lose resilience and may become brittle and crack upon impact.
- Never use pliers to tighten up screws – these can cause damage to both the paintwork and the special anti-corrosion painting.
- Tighten all nuts and bolts securely. Replace as necessary. If not checked regularly, bolts can be loose or missed and components can become detached and cause injuries.
- When the time comes to disassemble and dispose of this playground unit, please completely disassemble the unit and discard of it in a safe place and manner so as not to present any hazard to any individual.
Dry-Erase Whiteboard
- Completely erase the dry-erase surface before storing it for an extended period of time.
- It is recommended that you use Dry-Erase Markers & Dry-Erase Crayons (purchase separately) on a small area of the board, prior to allowing the child to play with the board.
- Do not use Washable Markers or Permanent Markers. For best results, use only Dry-Erase Markers or Washable Dry-Erase Markers.
